Dunkin' — Restaurant in Vernon

This Dunkin’ is good when certain staff members are working. The past couple time I have gone has been an awful experience. Either the person at the window is rude or they mess up the order. Today they gave us a coffee that had 3 Carmel, 4 sugars, and 3 creams. This drink was suppose to be 1 Splenda and oat milk. Thankfully we caught it before leaving the parking lot since this could have made my aunt, who’s the coffee is for, could have gone into diabetic shock. Do not go in on the weekends in the morning. They were so negative that we had to get our correct order. We also had mini bagel bites which were suppose to be extra hot since I personally hate when it’s cold in the center. The last 4 times now they have been cold inside while asking for extra hot. While at drive thru we could hear them complaining about having to cook up another set of everything mini bagels and the coffee. That was super unprofessional on top of not ever getting our orders...

So today was my second day going here and I’m never going back again. They messed up my coffee the first time and it was bearable but this time it had no taste at all. I asked for two flavors plus cream and sugar, all I tasted was bland coffee. I even gave it back to the man at the drive-thru after I read my sticker with what they claimed to of added. He took it back and then gave it back to me, I tasted it as I was driving and threw it in the trash once I stopped. Brought elderly friend for lunch today. Awful experience. Ordered 2 egg sandwiches on untoasted croissants, coffee and soda. After waiting 15 min for dine in order, staff admitted they forgot, then gave us over toasted sandwiches. Mostly inedible. At least they gave free hash browns for delay and coffee was OK. My friend was so disgusted by everything, she did not want order corrected. I counted 7 employees mostly chatting with each other. Dining room was not clean.
