Dunkin' — Restaurant in Vernon

Very disappointed in the customer service received at this Dunkin' location. When I asked for a refill, the associate informed me that I can only pay for a refill in a Dunkin' cup. I go to Dunkin Donuts several times per week and have never had this problem before. I spoke with the manager, who rudely maintained that they would charge me full-price because my reusable cup wasn't a Dunkin' cup. At this point, it was more about the way they were speaking to me, than the extra dollar I was going to pay. I asked the associate if there was a number I could call or an e-mail I could have, and he flat out told me no, I could only speak to the manager.

As stated, I go to Dunkin' with my re-useable cup several times a week and have never had an issue with my cup not being Dunkin'. I find this policy to be absurd because by providing my own cup, I'm not paying for the one-time use plastic cup and straw. Am I going to have to purchase a cup specific for each coffee chain I visit? That would negate the whole point of using a re-useable cup!

This location does not support the Dunkin' Donuts refill policy, which I've come to learn is specific to eat Dunkin' store. I can't imagine why any store location would refuse to recognize the refill policy other than greed for money and ignorance toward the environment. I miss Coco!!! This used to be my favorite one in town. I go to D&D every am /every day and loved the staff here. Now they have young, rude people working there. I had to stop going due to this! No one there is happy to be there, slams the drinks & bags on the counter, and no one EVER smiles! Also don't get hash browns, they come soggy & sometimes raw/cold. This one girl they have now just rushes you. She doesn't even take a breath when talking to you when giving you your order. Oh, and if you do not say THANK YOU loud enough for her to hear, she snaps at you! I'm not getting arrested for an immature little girl like she is!I'm always so friendly to them and didn't deserve that treatment, so I go to another one now! Only new workers and they dont know thier own pricing and denied pricing on desplay. Not only did i get the wrong drink order, i asked for the becon egg and cheese on crasson 2 for 6. They told me its not 2 for 6. Its only egg and cheese 2 fpr 6 even though thier sign which i have the sign bellow says so. They said they will get a mqnager to change that. I had to drive to manchester dd. I asked for 2 bacon egg and cheese and the lady asked "did u want the 2 for 6" in manchester that is. Same sign.
