I cannot say enough about Cuvée & Co.

Ray is a well educated, well spoken sommelier who can easily guide you through the wines by the glass and the bottle list. I really enjoyed the flight option (and the conversation)!

The list itself is a wonder, well priced and curated with varietals and regions all organized in an easy to follow manner. Frankly, if you know wines, it was like reading a well constructed novel.

I'm excited to see how the wine bar develops, and what new, exciting wines Ray will bring in next. There are quite a few options from the Iberian peninsula, and I love that there are Basque wines on the list.
