Walked in specifically to have my hair looked at before making an appt and ask about experience with long layering, was given assurance that the stylist was versed in the cut, made the appointment... Appointment day.. I was greeted by being told since my appt was 12:30 and it was 12:17 so I needed to sit down and wait for my stylist until my appt time, then I was told my appt was 1:30 which was not correct, once she realize my blow dry was 1:30 I was told to have a seat, I began feeling like I am at a deli line, unfriendly front staff. Stylist showed up at 12:40, showed her photos she assured me it was not a problem, away we go with the cut. Brought photos, she glanced and said no problem, long layers with a lot of length cut off. I specifically asked she NOT cut straight across the back. Result: length is fine layers are NOT even close to what we discussed and it is cut STRAIGHT across the back, I am then pushed along the assembly line for my $55 blow dry to someone who does not ask about the style I am trying to achieve only if I was OK with product, needless to say the blow dry was a style I would NEVER wear. As I run my fingers through my hair to try to correct the style, the woman in charge (second visit and she never introduced herself) proceeds head near with her laptop to ask if I want another appointment and when I decline, I am told, ok we have your card on file , not showing or offering the final charge nor asking if I had a good experience.....off I go like the deli line. Expensive experience~ Cut and blow dry $106 dollars later I would have expected more consultation, more attention to detail and for them to be far...

I was lucky enough to have Amanda and her team do my hair for my wedding day. From my first interaction on the phone with Laura, to the day of the wedding, everyone was so professional and friendly, and the process was SO easy. They truly go above and beyond to make sure that the wedding day went smoothly and were fantastic about communication throughout the entire process. They even set up your payment method so that you don't even have to think of that on the wedding day-they thought of everything! It was easy to get a trial scheduled at a time that worked best for me with a busy schedule, and I felt comfortable asking to make adjustments until it looked perfect and JUST how I wanted it. I loved everything about my experience at Hautedry! My daughters both had haircuts w/ blow dry styles, the experience was so much fun for them & they were thrilled with their results! I had an olaplex treatment w/ blow dry style & was amazed at how healthy & amazing my hair looks & feels. The ambience is very upscale, modern & relaxing.. it's very unique, like no other salon I've been to. The staff was very friendly & professional.
