Im really glad I've found this place! I haven't had good lebanese or persian food since leaving California. The food here is really at the extraordinary level! I took my mom here for her birthday. We started with the Hummus and Flaming Cheese. At the risk of angering Persians and Turks, the Hummus here was very good... nice and creamy. The Flaming Cheese was also tasty, although I do prefer Saganaki with Greek Kasseri cheese over the Halloumi Cheese used here. Next we were each brought a salad, which was fresh and tangy. again showcasing quality and flavor. The entrees only got better. We tried the Lamb Meshwee, Tenderloin Meshwee and Shish Taouk. EVERY SINGLE ONE was some of the most tender and well prepared meats we have had! They were spectacular. They were seasoned to bring out the flavors of the meat not overpower them. There was a creamy garlic sauce that overpowered the chicken, but it was a good sauce. I would recommend ordering it on the side so you can choose which flavors you want. These dishes came with more delicious Hummus and a bed of rice. They should print that on the menu, I would have ordered Tabouleh instead of the Hummus appetizer to get a larger sample of what they offer. The waiter said the rice was Jasmine but it seemed like fluffy Basmati to me. I would have preferred a little saffron and currants, but I believe that is more Persian style than Lebanese. The prices are higher end than casual... but the quality of the food is absolutely worth it if you want a really great meal. We enjoyed it so much I kept forgetting to take a picture before we dived in (I did forget the salad). We will certainly return. A few minor points why i lowered the service and atmosphere scores. I didn't see any desserts and the waiter didn't mention any, but we were too stuffed to care anyway. I also mentioned that it was a birthday dinner for my mom, which he acknowledged and said he " got us" but that was it. I would have considered ordering a birthday dessert, even if we just took it to go. Finally, we were the first customers. However, the bathroom was not stocked. Other customers just started to cone in, so this should have been taken care of already. The food was so good the overall score has to be 5 stars.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warm, inviting atmosphere you'd hope for in a true Mediterranean spot. The decor felt authentic, not cheesy, and the music in the background made it easy to relax and enjoy the meal. I started with the falafel appetizer, and it was a perfect introduction. The hummus was incredibly smooth and flavorful, the tzatziki had a wonderful balance of creamy yogurt and fresh cucumber, and I am still craving the garlic sauce. It was clear everything was made in-house with care. For my main course, I went with the Flames trio plate. The lamb was tender and perfectly seasoned, the chicken was juicy, the sirloin was perfectly cooked and the portion was generous without being overwhelming. It came with fluffy rice, grilled tomato, grill jalapeño, and a crisp salad. Compliments to the chef. Every bite felt fresh and homemade. What really stood out was the service. Our server Nico was knowledgeable about the menu, attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely passionate about the food. It's the kind of place where you feel like you're being welcomed into someone's home. I'd highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a genuine taste of the Mediterranean. It's clear they take pride in their food and their hospitality. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

So here’s the deal—I walked into Flames already low-key trying to find something to critique. You know, just to keep things balanced in the universe. Plot twist: I failed. Miserably. And deliciously. Let’s start with the appetizer: Hummus Awarma. This dish had no business being that good. Creamy hummus topped with sizzling seasoned ground beef and pine nuts, with a hit of tang from pickled veggies—every bite was a textural flex. For the main event, I went with the Chicken Shawarma Tabliyit—and it did not disappoint. Perfectly spiced, juicy shredded chicken wrapped in this warm, sesame-dusted pita that I’d honestly fight someone over. The seasoned fries and hummus on the side made this plate feel like a full-on celebration of flavor. Special shout-out to Amara, my waitress, who was a total gem. Attentive, kind, and on point with every suggestion. If she ever enters a hospitality Olympics, my money’s on her taking gold. Atmosphere? Classy without being uptight. Loved the modern-meets-organic vibes—think draped ceiling fabric, warm lighting, and cool details hanging from driftwood. It felt like I was dining in a Mediterranean daydream. Bottom line: I tried to find a reason not to come back. Couldn’t. Won’t even pretend to keep looking.

I called before to make a reservation for dinner, planning to celebrate a 60th birthday for a very special person. The person said that I will love the experience and I will never forget that celebration. My experience was horrible 😞 The service was not good; waiting for 20 minutes until someone came to say "hi" and bring some water to start.....I have to say that I went on Wednesday. The place was very empty, so I couldn't understand why the service was so bad, slow and poor....The fried calamari was like " baby's calamari " pretty small....I have to order another one. The plates we order was more "rice" that anything .... The atmosphere, dark and sad; not music at all, not even in the background. I was very disappointed. I asked for suggestions before to place the order. Was hard to understand that menu; the drinks very expensive. At the end I was expecting at list a desert and a Happy birthday song; didn't happen. I wouldn't recommend this place . I left very frustrated 😠 The bill very high and in top of that ,they put the "gratuity tip" that it's included in the bill. If you go to a place that the service is good, the atmosphere awesome, the staff ( only 2 persons) friendly and the food delicious, I would leave a nice tip; but that night wasn't the case. Definitely was my first and last time there. Mediterranean food it's delicious and was looking for a unique place to celebrate, but I made a big mistake going...
