T.J. Maxx — Local services in Vero Beach

This was the worst experience I have had at this location! The dressing room attendant BARGED into the dressing room as I was NAKED to inform me of the 10 item limit because she failed to do so when she saw me unloading my cart and walk into the dressing room. I told her I would bring the clothes out and she proceeded to stand there and look at me even after asking her to close the door THREE TIMES. I eventually pushed the door closed with her still insisting to stand there the whole I was NAKED! She then continued with a rude attitude as I rotated out my clothes. The overall attitude of the staff at this location was very rude. From the cashier to the the employees on the sales floor. Has TJ Maxx not received the memo on COVID-19? They actually had an employee measuring the check out line for new Social Distancing stickers? When in fact the CDC admitted the guidelines were based upon the Flu, not Covid-19. For TJ Maxx to have people harassing you to wear a mask, closing the dressing rooms and overall shaming my daughters for not wearing a mask is shameful. The most hilarious thing is most of the product in their stores originate in China. Wake up America and stop listening to the CDC and Federal Government. I will never ever shop there again and will pass that along in a major way. I have always loved shopping at this store , you get great brand name items for a super price . I am just very dissapointed after so long shopping here i had to deal with a bad apple in the bunch of great staff. I went in to get some things I forgot and had to do a returning transaction as well and had such a rude manager , rude for no reason . Made me feel so uncomfortable the way she spoke to me , her name is Lisa and i can’t believe asking for something so simple someone can give such a nasty attitude .
