Dunkin' — Restaurant in Verona

I try not to judge a place on a single bad serving as when it’s busy or just an off day it happens. Keeping that in mind however I have stopped at this Location several times now as it’s convenient since it is around the corner from me. I have unfortunately never gotten a correct drink order. There has been times where I’ve ordered multiple drinks for friends and family and multiple drinks have come out incorrectly and at this point either staff is not trained or they do not care enough to look at the order they are making. Several times I have ordered cold brew and gotten regular iced coffee. I always order oatmilk and have yet to receive it either it’s regular milk or even no milk at all. Anytime I’ve ordered a signature or unique drink.. well you get the idea. If I could give this location a zero, I would. My very first order at this location was for a Matcha latte and I was given coffee. I did not realize the error since I was rushing back to work. Second visit, I ordered a small hot Matcha latte without sugar and the opposite was what I got. I came back in and complained to the manager for the error as I handed him the drink, and all he did was defend his mistake and argue. How hard is it to tell the difference between a sugary and a non-sugary drink since this is the only drink I order from DD. So I know the difference. He tells me that Matcha in itself is very sugary and I’m like what? I left without getting a refund or replacement. This place sucks and I absolutely do not...

The two women were so disrespectful that the gentleman next to me stepped into the conversation. Both women make a “go away motion” to the black male next to me (and his daughter) as if they were swatting a fly away. One women put her finger up to me, at which the other gentleman was very confused. Then, she made the same motion to me to go away as if I was a fly.

All this was because I said they sold me the wrong item this morning. Then, when I returned this afternoon they undersold me the donuts ordered because they ran out (also didn’t have a variety) but never said anything and allowed me to leave with an under sold order.
