Sergio's Cocina Mexicana — Restaurant in Victor

Sergio’s is the BEST Mexican restaurant in the area. Besides their large menu selection, the food quality, service and turn around time are top notch. My husband and I love to do the steak fajitas for two. The cabbage salsa is the best I’ve had. I recently just went for my birthday and as soon as we walked in Sergio greeted us, asked how our family is (he does this with all his customers, he has built genuine relationships in our community, he’s wonderful), remembers what our favorites are. I tried to sneak out before they sang happy birthday but he caught us as we were leaving and had us sit back down. I am so glad we did! The cake was so delicious! We had an excellent experience at Sergio’s in Victor! From the moment we walked in, the service was immediate and consistent—our server was attentive and had great recommendations. The chips were hearty and fresh, and both the salsa and the cabbage-based side were absolutely on point.

For the main courses, everything our family ordered was fantastic. I had the skirt steak, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. My wife’s fajitas came out sizzling and delicious, my daughter’s chimichanga was crispy and satisfying, and my son’s enchilada was spot on. Every plate impressed.

The only minor area for improvement was the water service—it could have come a little faster—but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Sergio’s is easily a five-star option for anyone visiting Teton Valley....

For starters, Sergio’s Restaurant is pretty much another Agave only with a few more added dishes. It’s good if you are American, but I don’t taste the “authenticity” and it’s not entirely Mexican….more of a Texmex.(that’s just preference though)

I’m not sure if I got unlucky, but I got a dirty cup. Ordered a Pepsi and since it’s a dark drink I didn’t realize it was dirty until It was halfway. Little gross no?

I understand good customer service is a must when attending to one’s tables, but please pay attention to everyone else too…not just the people you’re getting your tip from. A server put a dirty plate on our table while we were eating so they could take someone else’s order. Not too much of a big deal, but it doesn’t show good restaurante...
