I brought my bike to Hops Cyclery, told them what i wanted done (including some suspension work) They scheduled an appt once the parts were ordered. Dropped bike off, it took a week to get basic work done. Spent $900 . After several rides i realized the shock was not working properly. Had another bike shop FIX it correctly. (Paid them). I let Hops know of this (as a courtesy) and was merely asking for a $35 reimbursement (and gave the other shops contact info-for them to talk with about the situation). I received nothing but a battle from them. They not only refused to back up their work, they wouldn’t even admit that they had made the mistake or attempt to call the other shop to learn what they could do better.
