2 cars in front of us that ordered 1 drink each and waited over 30 minutes for a cup of coffee that ended up just tasting like burnt black coffee. On top of that, the employee was rude, not friendly and was more into her conversation with the other employee than she was making the coffee. At one point she even had to ask the other employee what kind of milk to use to make the drink. The cup was sticky and spilled down the side and she got offended when we asked for a napkin to clean it. Terrible! Had around a 30 min wait with 3 cars in front of us. 1 gal working another getting in at 7:15. When we finally get up to to the window , no explanation / no sorry for the wait. We did ask why such a long wait and they said it was a small place and this was a frequent occurrence but we’ve never waited that long before when it was Joe’s. Couldn’t have been any ruder. Then they proceeded to discuss how they didn’t need this, flicked their hand as they were ‘shooing’ us away after they gave us the coffee and yelled at us as we were driving away. Worst experience ever! Lines backed up on both sides and sat for 30mins while the car in front of us got 4 coffees. When we finally got to the window I ordered an ice cold brew coffee. It was completely ice with no room to even move my straw. Two sips of coffee and it was gone. The girl put granular sugar in it, rather than some syrup as requested, so the sugar just sat at the bottom of the cup undissolved. Worst service, literally zero skills to pour a basic coffee.
