They appeared to be slightly busy with a Sunday night jazz duo about to start. About half of the outdoor seating was filled maybe same inside. My wife and myself got an acknowledgement from a waitress after seating ourselves at a table not far from the two brothers playing keyboard and drums if only to fight boredom. They played well but no showmanship quality, "I would have I'D them for chewing gum purchases" Fast forward 20 min, we ordered up seventy five dollars of two beverages one appetizer and two burgers. After flagging the waitress down 30 min later asking again for our drink order. The chef delivered the appetizers" awesome they were! Then two min later waitress delivered our burgers and salads but no forks and still no drinks. So after asking the chef if he could hurry the drink order and hearing a "not up to my department" answer. Our waitress stopped by to say she was now expediting our hour long wait for one mixed horribly drink and one draught beer. At this time we had part of the appetizers gone but couldn't try the salad due to no forks. My burger was easily the best ive ever eaten. The everything appetizer mix and my wife's burger were great as well. But the service was next to pitiful on a downhill slide. This place could be great at service, they failed with a resounding apathy. Will not recommend. Will not return unless full refund. Will not stop beating the issue home Will bet this like any other mismanaged biz, breaks down and closes. Will not be surprised if owner asks for less brutal rewire. Was really surprised staff kept the lights on. Will be checking security video and posting it if shooter is in the camera Will not go quietly...

0 stars. We've been here a couple of time and it's been good. But with todays service, I couldn't believe how awful it was. One waitress came over and said she'd be back, it took 20 min plus one of us to go up and see if we can get service before another waitress came over. They brought one entree out and it took about 15 more min for them to bring the other two orders, all before we got our drinks! Our drinks were the last thing to be brought to us. On top of all of that, two of our orders were wrong. I'm very lactose intolerant and I specifically ordered my tacos without cheese. It took another 10 min for me to get my food with the others at my table were already done. So we asked for a to go box, took another 10 min and by that time, my food was cold. The second waitress who got our orders wrong didn't come back to our table, instead she sent someone else. I felt bad for our 3rd waitress, she was super nice and apologetic and said that she'd she what she could do. Turns out she couldn't do anything. So we spoke with the manager who said she could give us a "discount" but refused to comp the tacos, which is all we were asking for. Their excuse was that the 2 new waitresses had only an hour of training seems like they should prep their people better. Terrible service and not that great of food. We came back later to talk with the owner who saw no problem with our service... charging us full price. And when we said we were going to post a bad review, THE OWNER THREW the card at my partner. I would never recommend this place. It was embarrassing bringing family here after we hyped it up.. Then this is a pic of the staf as we exited...

I would rate this experience as 0 stars. We've visited this place a few times in the past, and it was good, but today's service was shockingly awful. We waited for 20 minutes before a waitress finally came over after another had promised to return. They served one entree promptly but took an additional 15 minutes for the other two orders, leaving us without our drinks until the end.. It took another 10 minutes for my food, by which time it had gone cold. The second waitress who messed up our orders didn't return; instead, someone else handled it. Our third waitress was kind and apologetic but couldn't resolve the issues. We spoke to the manager, who offered a "discount" but refused to comp the tacos, which was all we requested. Their explanation was that the two new waitresses had only received an hour of training, which seems inadequate. This was a terrible service experience, and the food wasn't that great either. We later spoke with the owner, who didn't acknowledge any issues and charged us the full price. To top it off, when we mentioned writing a negative review, the manager threw my partner's card at him.
