I definitely won’t be visiting this restaurant location again because of the rudeness of staff and the managers aren’t as nice either I called to make a complaint about the young lady at register simply because she was giving me attitude physically she slammed my drink on the table even though I wasn’t paying customer, the manager told me I couldn’t get an apologize because that was not necessary. He wasn’t even going to apologize for the rudeness of his staff, how embarrassing

Drive-through is rough. Especially while they renovate the other stand-alone location in town (started a week ago or so). Drive-through wasn’t great before but worse after. I waited 40 minutes in drive-through…which is unheard of for Chick-Fil-A. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. Food is surprisingly hit and miss. Undercooked, soggy fries sometimes. Perfect fries other times. Piping hot sandwich most of the time. Warm sandwich sometimes. At least they’ve never been cold!

Probably just kinks as they work through opening this location and then the added load of business from the other. So…expected, but kind of disappointing. Chick-Fil-A is usually spot on. The other locations have their imperfections, but this location is the least consistent in wait times and quality of food.

It’s also super weird that this location won’t deliver to Victoria College. I did specifically try VC’s address (not UHV’s), but I can’t walk all the way to the UHV Chick-Fil-A (Johnson Hall near Ben Jordan to and across Ben Wilson in 100+ heat) nor could I leave my location to drive over. UHV doesn’t have their location deliver on campus, so I ordered food from...

Worst service EVER I have no AC in my car and needed 2 large cups of ice for myself and my dog to go home an hour away, but Chick-fil-A doesn’t sell anything but small cups of ice. I even tried to order two large drinks with no drink and pay almost 5 dollars for 2 large cups of ice And we’re still told that’s just our policy they will only sell small cups of ice. I will never be back back to another Worst...
