This was a chain we hear a lot about but don't have in the Carolinas. I like the flakiness of the batter and the seasoning. Not very strong but just enough. The Cane's sauce was milder than Zaxby's Sauce. The chicken was super fresh and very moist. The fries were ok but the Texas toast was awesome. Great experience for our first time.

I got the box combo minus the slaw and extra toast with an extra cane sauce of course. The chicken tenders were hot with a good not over battered crust. The toast is on point with taste, texture, and appearance. The drive thru staff were polite and on point. Glad to see Canes in Victoria, Tx.

In a town that is pretty notorious for having most of the same trappings as large metropolitan areas, just at the price of being a little dirtier or less friendly staff Raising Cane’s avoided that trap.

Raising Cane’s staff is on a mission to offer quick, friendly and reasonably priced experience. Staff always greets me as I walk through door, the tables are clean. Regardless of how many customers are present the food comes out hot and fast.

I personally think coleslaw is disgusting. Although most combos come with that, they will let you swap it for something else no problem, extra fries, extra toast, just ask.

I elect for extra toast, but you should ask for the toast BoB style (butter-on-both sides). Now the next part isn’t for everybody, but if you love it you’ll never go back, dip your toast in the Raising Cane’s sauce.

I’ll certainly be back. You guys are...

This past week, my wife and I went to Canes here in Victoria, and when placing my order, I requested the military discount. When the cashier asked the manager for the key card for the discount, one of the kitchen staff looked out and said "Military discount? Looks too old for a military discount." Which didn't sit well with me. What made things worse, the whole Cane's crew kept gathering together and laughing and looking out at us, trying to eat our dinner, ruining my whole dinner and evening. WONT BE BACK! I recommend no other veterans eat there either! I called the # on the receipt to complain, but was never contacted back. They apparently don't care about their once...

My first time ever at this establishment was the other day. I had noticed on the menu, that EVERYTHING comes with “Cane’s Sauce”. I had no idea what that was so I asked at the drive through. The response was “um…uh…it’s like catsup”. What? In what world does catsup and fried chicken go together? That was a big no for me and I asked for Ranch. Very quickly I was told “we don’t have that”. I couldn’t believe it. Mainly because I couldn’t believe people prefer “um, uh, catsup” over anything you can dip your chicken strips in. Needless to say, I said FORGET IT and drove off. I considered having hot cereal with mustard and pickles, but I settled for some...
