Taco Bell — Restaurant in Victoria

So we start off with the guy at the window talking about how he was in the restroom when i was trying to order...great start...then i proceed to sit there for 10 minutes waiting for my food. I have never had to wait for more than a minute at any taco bell. The guy at the window was completely gone, i guess playing around in the back with the guy who was supposed to be up front. The cooks I could see were actually working and placed my bag by the window clearly yelling "order up"...but where was the guy at the window? I have no clue! My bag sat there for a good few minutes before I even got it. If I hadn't already paid I would have driven off. Maybe when an actual manager is there they have good service but sadly a bunch of adults cannot do their job without...

I have to put one star to make this review but trust me it deserves no stars I have been to this location and I understand a mess up here and there but every single time my husband went and order food as always gets the 7 dollar box to get a hard taco shell with nothing inside but a ball of old cheese and the shell wasn’t cooked ask for no sour cream had it loaded in the burrito and the other taco that comes in it I wouldn’t even feed to my dog I don’t know how hard it is to make a taco I could send my 2 year old to do a better job I will never go back and spend a dime at this location ever again who ever was working making the trash that was giving to us should not have a job and the manager on duty allowing that should not have a job either this...

The last two time I went through drive through they couldn't hear/understand, so I went in. The girls taking orders were completely unprofessional and incompetent. I had to talk to the person actually making the food for them to get it right. And got overcharged. At this point I didn't care about the money I was just amazed at how bad these employees were. The manager asked the drive thru girl to go do some dishes and she was like yeah let me go ask the other girl in the bathroom if she wants to do it and the proceeded to the bathroom with her headset grumbling the whole time about how much she hates that guy.I don't even live in Victoria but I can promise I will gladly go the extra miles to go to the other location ,because the service is...
