Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Victorville

Best store we have visited in the entire Southern California by far!

SERVICE: Impeccably Top Notch impressive with eye contact by every staff behind the counter, cashier repeats the order to ensure accuracy, informs customer how long the wait time in delivering the order, does not cut the customer off mid-sentence when asking for ALL THIGHS instead of legs and thighs mix. This is Customer Service at its finest!

Several customers walked in, smiling as they walked out with their bag of goodies - clearly satisfied with the service experience they received.

So we encountered some outside folks who came in the store to disrupt customers and solicit $$ for free lunch. This was the only time we saw the staff get protective of their store and the customers inside. The intruders were directed to leave and not bother the diners.

FOOD - well of course - Church's chicken is excellent! Our original plan was to go to a Filipino restaurant or Jollibee, but when Church's showed up in our search - that's it, every choices dropped.

AMBIENCE: Surprisingly inside the 76 Gas Station but with its own separate entrance from the convenience store. It is quiet, clean, and pleasantly light, modern yet simple and...

Absolute poor service! The manager Celest/Celine had an attitude the entire time! She was rude and ruined my order. As a result of her unprofessional attitude her employees (Haily) followed suit and also gave poor customer service!

I was uncomfortable taking my order because I saw Celest speaking with the cook and looking back at me in the process and they both became aggressive and irate.

The cook was seen rubbing his nose and face while handling the food. Absolute discuss and unsanitary and unprofessional!!! This

Over all I waited nearly 45 minutes for a fresh 8 piece chicken. Each time I asked a question Haily gave a rude response and rolled her eyes. Shift exchange happen during this wait, a new manager came in and by then it was time to prepare my order Haily pretended as if she had no clue that I paid or what I paid for. She was also seen playing with tongs slapping them into the palm of her hand, eww.

The owner of this location needs to do an evaluation on its employees to determine if they are suitable for employment in this type...

I had not been to Church's for a long time. On May 11th, 2017 my daughter decided she wanted fried chicken and we stopped at Church's Chicken store #10753 on Palmdale Rd. Not only did we really enjoy the chicken but the mashed potatoes and coleslaw were also delicious. However, the best part of our experience was the customer service NaJai provided that day. My daughter had a long day at school and I had a long day at work. Our brains were fried and we did not want to think... NaJai was so pleasant, polite and patient with us that it made my day. As we waited for our food I also noticed she treated every customer the same way. I was so pleased to see her smiling at every customer she courteously greeted. That day we most certainly left the place with a smile on our faces and good food. Thank you NaJai for the great customer service you provided my daughter and I (as well as to every customer I saw you interact with that day). Keep up the good work. One happy...
