I’m trying to report my P-EBT card stolen but when I call the number given on the website it gives me options I don’t need. I called customer service & it tried reported my regular EBT card & I almost ended up canceling the wrong card. So if y’all would kindly make an option on your menu to report a stolen card easier then having to have options that has nothing to do with this kinds of situation would be nice. I put my phone number in to login as asked and it still asked for my voice password when I don’t even have one. I have no car or gas money to get to the office so this is a very big inconvenience for people in my situation. You people are supposed to be helping those who need it. Not make life even more difficult than it already is. I’m disabled and can’t afford a lawyer for disability since I keep getting denied. This is literally the only option I have to survive. I already send in my medical papers every six months so you people know my issues. I called the phone line and waited on hold but when they answered, the lady said she’ll look at my case, put me back on hold and never came back to the line. These people throw cases around and told me multiple times that I do not have an assigned case worker. I need benefits to survive at the moment and these county workers have cost me so much suffering. From months of the wrong budget on my food stamps and cash aid to my new born daughter waiting over 8 months for medical insurance. Read moreSo many complaints about this place that I have seen on the reviews. As with any government building, there will be long lines and delays. The building is clean, the workers do their job but slowly, and you have to remember that you came to them for help. I've waited a long time but I knew I would because of it being a county building. Yes, some workers need training on etiquette but that doesn't mean they won't do their jobs. When people come in with attitudes, the workers deal with that and it sometimes does come back to others.
