Donut Inn — Restaurant in Victorville

The manager i believe a skinny Asian looking from that place is very rude, i order a jalapeño ham and cheese she gave me a regular ham and cheese. Obviously she can't hear well. When asked to changed it, she said i don't want to sell it to you because you said regular not jalapeño.She literally denied service, because she don't like been corrected. Very very rude manager, don't go here to get your donuts and coffee not worth the service. I just found out she has done it to several of my workers that work near this coffee, she's having the owner of this business lose potential customers!

I'm sure this has been done to more customers, and she needs to stop been rude to customers. Maybe a lot of customers don't know how to file a complaint and that's why she keeps doing it, and acting if she was the owner. I hope this message gets to the owner. She needs to have better mornings to treat...

Today, Thursday, October 17, 2024, at approximately 5:45pm, I visited this establishment. I will NEVER return. Besides the grade “B” that's in the front of their store, their bobby drinks are disgusting. The bobba tasted as if it was extremely old. I returned to the store to get a refund because it was unacceptable. Upon talking to the lady in the front counter, addressing the issue, she replies, “that's the way bobba tastes, I don't know what you want me to say. Just drink it.” I told her I require a refund, to which she says, “what ever,” and throws a $5 bill and coins to my face. I took the cash and just left. This morning I went to get my coffee and croissant and as I waited to order a person came in with out a mask. They service the person without a problem. Bussiness has postings that say fasemask required. But it’s not enforced. They put every ones safety in jeopardy and should not be allowed to continued to operate. Times are hard but need to follow the health department guidelines. I am not going back to give them my business. I threw away the croissant in the trash on my way out and my coffee on the side walk.
