I would give zero stars if I could. I have a converted camper van that I wanted to ensure that I don't get stranded in, if I forget to turn off my inverter, my battery would die. I went to Sound Image in Hesperia, CA to have an alarm installed and asked about batteries. David (manager) told me "we can install a second battery to jump start the van battery, if you forget to turn off your inverter", he even went on telling me about a third battery. I told him that I didn't want three batteries, and he said "your alternator probably wouldn't handle three batteries anyway." I discussed with Issac(owner) and he quoted me $699 and I said sure, install the "second" battery. Long story short, I already had two batteries, which are under the driver seat, so I could not see in there. Instead of him coming to me and telling me that I already had two batteries, they installed a third. Not doing my due diligence for the second time, I didn't test it out before I went on my camping trip. Of course, I forgot to turn off the inverter and the battery died. The battery they installed died as well or wasn't installed properly. So now I'm stuck in a camping spot that I don't want to be in for days, because I didn't want to waste a AAA service. I get back home and return to them and they work on it for two hours. It didn't work the second time, so back I go again. This time they have it for five hours, it still didn't work. I call in to talk to Issac and he's not there, so I leave several messages with David for Issac to call me. I waited three or four days to no avail. I was taken advantage of, they are extremely dishonest. David should have told me that I already had two batteries, and suggest something else, such as the add on to the Viper alarm system that they installed. There is an add on that will monitor the battery and start the van if the battery drops to a certain level. He could have suggested that, but that would not have brought in another $754 on top of the $800 that I was already spending. When I asked him why didn't he recommend that instead of the battery and he said he didn't know (smh). The battery still doesn't work and I want my money back. I filled a dispute with the credit card company, now negative reviews, and lastly I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. DO YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE, unfortunately some people will take advantage of others for a buck. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!

I was finally contacted by Isaac (owner), he wanted me to bring it in for the 4th time and I refused unless he was removing battery and return my money. He said that he could not do that and if the battery is faulty, he would replace that. He never addressed the issue that the 3rd battery should have never been installed. I really thought that he was a honest person, boy...

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Been going to this stereo shop for about 15 years, back when Moe owned the business. Found out there is new ownership about 2 years ago. Came in last week and was greeted by Vic the mgr who gave me an estimate to install my Kicker 12" subwoofer and Rockford Fosgate amp into my Dodge Ram 3500. They didn't try to upsell me or be annoying about buying more stuff. I waited 3 hrs for the install as they suggested and everything sounded amazing. Devin did an amazing job on the installation, unable to see wires and cleaned my interior afterwards. He showed me how to use the EQ on my Kenwood head unit to dial in the sound and punch I wanted. Went above and beyond the installation. The owner Isaiah is a very nice man too.

Isaiah wanted all of his customers comfortable. He sat us in a nice seating area with big screen 4K TV while we waited for our audio installations. Ok hear me out.....I went there for a double din touch screen with BT because I was tired of messing with the AUX cord everytime I get in the car. I get there and Issac was the one to greet me. He showed me different models of Double Dins to look from and gave me time to make my decision. After I made my decision, I gave him my keys, then he showed the installer what I wanted. An hour later I left ecstatic living the wireless life. On the way home there was a small technical difficulty. I called Issac and he told me to bring it back when I get the chance. Found out the sub wasn't getting enough power and we went from there. Issac and his team took care of us and we couldn't be happier with the results. My neighbors will hate me now if they haven't already. 10/10 service and would HIGHLY recommend Issac...
