First and foremost, as soon as we walked into the high desert showroom, we were greeted by non other than Michael Jackson!!! Not THE Michael Jackson, but he definitely deserves some recognition. Very easy to talk too, a great listener and has a familiar/funny personality.

He took his time to show us around and explained all of the little details that separated the different options, and obviously we HAD to have one of the higher end models.

Overhearing my first response about the sticker price and sensing my discomfort, he offered to do a quick write up for the out the door price, and showed us the breakdown. After seeing that we were still within our budget, I asked about another mattress for a spare bedroom.

Michael just finished explaining the in home warranty and let us know about a limited stock of 21 day exchange mattresses that are great mattresses at discount prices.

All and all we were able to get the mattress of our dreams with a functional base ( raises and lowers the head of the bed ) the 5 side mattress cover , the * red carpet * treatment/ installation and removal, and extended warranty delivered to the house in less than a week, and within our budget!!!

Yesterday, I had received a call from the delivery guys ( who were actually EARLY!!! ) and that was great for us. The two delivery guys were awesome, both wearing there masks, they explained their process and got right to it. After only 30 minutes Tops, they had everything removed and the new bedding set up, gave a complete demonstration and went on their way to make another customer sleep better and feel great....

During these trying times it is an amazing feeling to know that a whole company like Mattress Firm will work with you to make sure you are going sleep well and live better and we can not explain how much this means to us!

After the first night in the new bed, I have been walking around with the biggest, cheesiest smile on my face, I feel like I found a little secret way to happiness and I wanted to share that with everyone.

Employees are nice and helpful. It's the company that's terrible. Don't make the mistake I did and think they'll stand behind their product because they offer a 10-year warranty. My $2000 mattress (it was on sale) is about 2 years old. It's already sagging badly in the middle, and my wife and I have excruciating back pain from it. They market the warranty as being super easy but I think they mean easy joke. A picture of the sagging would take 5-10 days for them to respond. So we agreed to a video call. They never set a date a time so we didn't know when to expect a call. They called me once, but it just showed as a number from Texas with no other ID on the call. I screen my calls. I checked the voicemail immediately and I called back in under 60 seconds. No answer. The caller emailed me with an apology that she missed me. I guess she typed it while I was calling her. I hit respond and said my wife is home and she has Microsoft Teams loaded on her phone and laptop (which is what they use). Customer service responded that they were too busy and to make an appointment. I said she's home all day and call anytime. Nothing for days. Follow up email sent and we are told they made a determination and to check my spam and inbox folders. I did. There was nothing. Several emails explaining that I've searched and asked that they resend the determination email thing cause I need to know what they want me to do with this king-size mattress and no response. Fortunately my wife and I are okay financially but we made this investment like many people do because we thought Mattress Firm was a big company and would honor their warranty. Don't believe it. Learn from our expensive mistake. We ended up buying a nice mattress off Amazon for $300. No back pain. Delivered in days, not weeks like MF. Set up was free and they hauled away the trash. At this price we can buy a new mattress every year for 7 years and not spend as much...

Wow is all I must say!

I experienced the most pleasant and prompt customer service from Timothy while purchasing my mattress. He was kind, accommodating, communicative and helped me and my husband find the mattress we’ve always wanted. I connected with Tim’s Facebook Marketplace ad over messenger and phone call. He made this transaction so effortless and smooth by his honesty and friendliness, and he even went above and beyond to manually search the local warehouse for our Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt Medium Hybrid in King size mattress.

All within an hour, he was able to search, confirm and order our mattress and have it delivered to us within 2 days. I’m located in a completely different city and state by the way! Timothy was amazing and Mattress Firm is so lucky to have such a caring and dedicated employee. Sleep for us has been a dream and it’s all thanks to Tim. We’re so happy with our purchase and will definitely pass his info along to friends and family in need.
