Super Slice Pizza — Restaurant in Victorville

This place is ridiculously unprofessional! I ordered a pineapple and jalapeño pizza and garlic cheese sticks for delivery and they sent me pepperoni. I paid $10 in delivery in fees because they’ve partnered with some ridiculous delivery service called slice which is a joke. I cannot eat pepperoni - I’m Muslim. The worker refused to give me a refund and so did the delivery service. They also refused to send me the correct pizza because they didn’t have any drivers. How can a delivery service not have drivers? They said if I want my pizza to re-order it and pay all over again.

After back and forth I only got refunded $15 for the pizza instead of the full $35 order which includes $10 of delivery fees. My family spends hundreds at this place but they have lost my business. I lost a big chunk of money and have no food to eat tonight. Beware of this scamming place. I have never experienced anything like this before. Instead of issuing me a full refund or resending my order- they refused to authorize a refund knowing I cannot even eat pepperoni because of my religion. Was a great experience, I accidentally ordered the wings plain but surprised that they still tasted good, super cooked and still juicy. The pizza is honestly the best I've had in victorville, I got a 2 pizza, salad, soda special but added more toppings it was roughly $60 but honestly worth it, even my toddler who is a picky eater enjoyed their pizza. Their salad was huge and in a nice container for me to eat in a couple of days, the driver was super friendly, wish I remembered the name but he was a nice man and got here faster then expected and was super friendly. I used to love coming here but I stopped due to the new woman they hired. She is rude and when asking questions will answer you with an attitude like the answer was obvious. She has messed up on my order numerous times to the point me and other coworkers stopped coming. The quality of the pizza has definitely went down too. My question for the owner is why do u only give out 1 ranch for small AND big salads? Dont you think a much bigger salad requires...
