Inconvenient Lobby Hours: The decision to close the lobby at 7pm is highly inconvenient for customers who want to dine in and enjoy a meal at a relaxed pace. This early closure limits the dining options available to patrons and creates unnecessary inconvenience.
Lack of Seating: The absence of adequate seating in the lobby area further diminishes the dining experience. Customers should have access to a comfortable dining environment, which was lacking in this instance.
Excessive Wait Time: Waiting over an hour for food is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of efficiency and customer service. Prompt and timely service should be a priority for any establishment, especially a fast-food restaurant.
Incomplete Orders: Receiving incomplete orders is a significant failure on the part of the restaurant. This oversight inconveniences customers and reflects poorly on the attention to detail and quality control within the establishment.
Safety Hazards: The presence of cleaning tools and equipment in a hurried, crowded lobby creates a potential safety hazard. Guests should not be exposed to tripping hazards as a result of the restaurant's cleaning practices.
Overall, this experience at McDonald's was marred by poor management of customer service, inefficiency, and a disregard for the safety and comfort of patrons. Such shortcomings are disappointing and do not align with the basic expectations of a reputable dining...
Read moreIt's expensive to feed your family! Even more so if you're out and about running errands, paying bills and shopping. Everyone is hungry so you think okay, I have my McDonald's app we can grab something. They've never let you use more than one coupon/ or special in the app at one time. Well, you can't even use them in two separate orders now..... at least not for an hour after the first one is used!!! By that time one family member could be starving! I don't see how my one free beverage that I earned from buying four other drinks will interfere with an actual coupon for a buy one get one for a discounted price!!! Your still making money off me and would make more if you didn't stop people from using their app with two different transactions!!!! This is why people eat at your competitors restaurants. You're overpriced, the food is tiny for the price we pay, half the time it's wrong, it's cold and / or old, your franchisees are horrible and even more expensive than corporate stores and customer service is lacking for the most part across the board!!!! Then you wonder why your no longer # 1...... What happened to service with a smile or the customer is always right??? I'm just irritated and flustered by your app, prices and overall...
Read moreWe all know McDonald's. Most know the food. Yet, the adventure of the golden arches seemingly will continue forever.
I have a favorite sandwich, though not artistically crafted, or reasonably priced anymore, I still would rather have that sandwich, an order of fries, and something to drink than most any other fast food.
Originally, this meal was less than $1. Now its hard to have this snack for a reasonable price. Add to this, the problem with poor service, having to return to the restaurant when the order is wrong, and the 40% chance that my fries are overdone (my observation, my opinion, formulated over the last 44 years) makes this restuarant one that I only visit rarely, and only when there is no other choice.
The Victorville, CA location has served me only once. Their offerings were quick, properly cooked, and the staff was cheerful. The prevalent language was Mexican Spanish, excepting the lady that took our order.
The biscuits were freshly baked, the sausage patties thin and totally unremarkable (a shame since McD's used to have pretty good sausage) and the drink was cold...
