I order for delivery about once a week when my grandchildren come for a visit. 90% of the time there is something wrong with the order. I am disabled and without a car so getting delivery is the only way to get my grandbabies at McDonald's. Today our order was missing an entire Happy Meal, the Happy Meal we got wasn't even in the Happy Meal box It was just in a sack with the other food. I also had ordered a hamburger with no pickle and extra ketchup but what I received was a hamburger with ketchup only. This particular location is the only location DoorDash uses for delivery to my home. DoorDash is always good about refunding money for missing or incorrect items and today was no different. However my grandson did not get a meal and although I shared my chicken nuggets with him he was still hungry. I went through the McDonald's app to order his Happy Meal and to hopefully get the correct special order hamburger that was missing. We got the Happy Meal and it was correct and even in a Happy Meal box so therefore they could not say that an hour earlier they were out of boxes I think it was just laziness because it's happened before. Read moreWent to this location and used the mobile app to order a simple cheeseburger and fries. Waited 20 minutes then decided to go inside and order a drink while I waited. When I went to the counter to order the drink i was told by the cashier that i needed to use the kiosk to make an order.. I then proceeded to use the kiosk to order 1 drink. When i went to pay the kiosk stated that it did not accept cash ( i had told the cashier that i would be paying in cash before she sent me to the kiosk). I went back to the counter and waited another 15 minutes for someone to come to the counter for help but was ignored. Finally i spoke up and asked for the manager. When the manager came she was very rude (TERESA). When i tried to explain the situation she told me if i didnt like it that I should buy food somewhere else. I then told her i still hadnt recieved my food from my original curbside order from 30 minutes prior. She called me a liar and refused to refund my money until i showed her in my banking app that the money had been charged to my account. Read moreI’m a regular at this McDonald’s, i come in every week to buy the $16 Big Mac bundle for my family and i have to say that their new employee Gabriella does her absolute best to go above and beyond for the customers. I wouldn’t be surprised if she was to become manager one day. I always look forward to seeing her and have my order taken by her. She’s thoughtful and caring. She’s always buying food for the homeless man that sits outside in his wheelchair. I love seeing things like that, it’s truly so kind. The food is amazing, they ensure that every customer wears a face mask, they sanitize every hour according to a manager named Lucero, and etc. I have come to find out that a lady named “Maria” doesn’t work there at all (I overheard the workers talking and laughing about it). That’s just a secret name for when the managers don’t wish to get into any trouble so I suggest remembering exactly who told you their name was Maria looked like so that you can tell a better Manager who is in higher position (Roxane or Teresa).
