You know, I've always seen this donut shop on my route like everyday but I never bother checking out until today. My wife had the munchies and wanted to get some donuts and bubble tea. The owner is amicable, an alright guy, so customer service was not an issue. Anyway after we had left and arrived at home, upon inspecting my order, I noticed that he got my order wrong because I had a few extra ones that I didn't ask and my order was incomplete, for example, I had order plain ones, glazed ones, chocolate ones, chocolate chip ones, etc. Out of the ones I had order, I had 3 types that were not given to me and instead he had giving me some other ones that I didn't recall asking for. On top of that, the donuts I did ordered didn't taste very fresh. They taste like if they were days old. I'm not really happy about it, neither was my wife. This was really a disappointing experience for me, seeing it was first and last time to this shop, I'm just going to stick Winchell's or yum yum instead. again, the customer service is good, the ambient is alright but the donuts leave much to be desired and I'm really disappointed that my favorite donuts were not given to me despite the fact that I clearly recall asking the owner (specifically, I might add) to include them to my order but instead got some other donuts that weren't that...

The donuts are consistently fresh, they don't have that corporate taste, for lack of a better phrase, that you find at Krispy Kreme, and the people who run the place are just as charming as can be.
