El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Victorville

Absolutely awful. I've never been to an El Pollo Loco like this. The service sucked. I was in line waiting for my food for 30 minutes. One of my sides was Mac and cheese and I observed one of the workers dump some Mac and cheese back into the ben, from a container that they had already prepared for someone else. I observed several employees wearing masks below their nose and one female that was wearing a headset without her mouth covered and fixing sides while was talking into the headset over the sides she was fixing..... disgusting. The guy on the grill, I assume was the manager could not keep enough chicken on the grill to meet the demand. My chicken was sitting up on an shelf while he put one or two pieces at a time as the chicken cooked.The chicken in the box getting cold, and I ordered two halves. I would never go back to that location, it was the worst restaurant experience I ever...

I forgot my bag pack in the dinning area, I called back literally 15 mins later, I request them to please check the seating area they said they checked the area, didn't find the bag pack, while I was on the phone with them, I had already started driving back to the Restaurant, I requested them to check the camera but they said they didn't have access to them. I pulled put at the restaurant to check the area myself, and GUESS WHAT, my bag pack was right where I was sitting. HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! either they never checked the area or They saw the bag pack and were planning on keeping it. Corporate office, needs to know about such HORRIBLE SERVICE!! If I didn't drive back to check the area myself, They would have never turned in...

The customer service wasn’t as great as it should be. One of the Hispanic ladies working there gave me the worst attitude like urging us to hurry up and order at the drive thru window. I didn’t mind since people who are working are probably tired and moody and just wanna go home. Then they tell us we have to wait 10 minutes for the chicken to be ready so we waited around 30-45 minutes which was unacceptable. When we get home, I notice the mash potatoes smell weird. They taste ok but they smell like manure. I cannot make this up, the mashed potatoes smell of manure. The chicken is perfect but I’m not eating the mashed potatoes here again.
