I’ve never had a negative experience with this movie theater until tonight. I took my son to see the movie Migration because we were sick this past weekend and could not go. We arrived thirty minutes early and went to purchase tickets ten minutes before the movie would start and then was told they can’t sell us the tickets until the time of the show so we went to sit back in our vehicle for ten minutes and when we went back they told us they were not gonna show the movie tonight and my only assumption is because there was only one other person besides my son and I to show up. It should not matter how busy your establishment is, there are showtimes posted up for a reason and there was only ONE show time for this movie on this day (1/31/24). We were not local so we had to drive twenty five minutes back home and my six year old was devastated as was I. Very unprofessional in my opinion and it was a total waste of gas for us. I usually never write reviews at all because I avoid confrontation at all costs but this was such a disappointment for...
Read moreMy family and I attended the movie on 08/03/2024. There was a power outage due to the weather. I was told by the employees to come back the next day for a refund or to watch the movie. I was not able to bring my family back to the movies the next day, but I went back to get a refund. An employee took my number down and said that someone would call me. It’s been a week and no one had reached out so I went back and the employee told me I couldn’t get a refund because it had been longer than a week. I told her I came back the next day and no one ever called me. I gave my number again and she said that someone will call me a few minutes later the employee at the movies called me and said that they cannot issue a refund and that I would have to come back and watch a free movie, I told her I was not able to bring my family back to the movies and that I don’t know when I will have time to come back to watch a movie and that I just wanted a refund I don’t want to have to be forced to watch a movie. I just...

I arrived about 30 minutes early, purchased my ticket, and was told I’d need to wait outside. I understand there may be safety reasons or policies behind that, so I waited patiently.
After about 10 minutes, the doors still weren’t opened. I knocked, but it wasn’t until other vehicles pulled up that a staff member finally unlocked the door. She didn’t greet me, seemed frustrated, and let the door close in my face instead of holding it open or acknowledging the wait. That interaction felt pretty dismissive.
That said, once inside, the other young ladies working were kind and helpful. The only thing they’d forgotten was making sure I knew where the auditorium was. They assisted me with no issues, and I appreciated their service.
This experience didn’t reflect the level of hospitality I expected, but I’m hopeful it was just an off moment and...
