This is only my personal opinion from currently being on the outside lookin in; As well as someone who use to dwell within... You asked so here it is!!!...: In my opinion, This location is and will continue to be a much more pleasant & welcoming environment for customers as well as staff, all in thanks to just one awesome individual!!!! Miss Kelly, an assistant manager for BK, Who was pretty much ran off a couple of months ago due to very poor management and the company's lack of appriciation for their dedicated employees! She has since decided to give it one final shot before spending her wings & flyin' permanently away from BK! So with that said, This location will continue to flourish if she can manage to once again feel mutually respected & appreciated from all her people... No matter what title they hold or what color shirt they have on...& decides to yet again plant her roots!!! Sorry... Read moreI have had some bad experiences with Vidor burger king in the past but nothing like today 6-8-21. I ordered 3 whopper meals, a kids meal hamburger and chicken fries in the drive thru. I got handed the majority of my food(the burgers, fries, and drinks) 30 min after ordering. I was asked to pull around to wait on my chicken fries because "they were being cooked fresh". Well after waiting just short of 15 min I had enough and went inside to figure what the hold up was.... well they had forgot about me I guess because they still did not have my chicken fries but they were giving the ppl in line still theirs. But now guess what they don't have anymore right away... 🤬🤬🤬🤬 my blood was boiling I was so angry. Well needless to say my family's food was cold by the time it got to them at home! Read moreHorrid experience I had because of here and there has been to my knowledge no proof of anything being done. I had nearly choked and had actually cut/gouged my tongue on a bone in my chicken nuggets in my locked office. When I reached out to complain they said to give them 7-10 days. After 7 days I reached back out and they implied they hadn't even sent my complaint to anyone to be looked at as if they weren't going to act unless they knew I was serious on checking back in. When a regional manager finally gets in touch with me same day I reached back out he refuses to talk over email or text for the sake of having record of our conversation, tells me they don't control the quality the food they serve and whatever happens to rhe customer is outside of their control, and told me his boss would get in contact with me that day or tomorrow which was a blatant lie as I never received such a call within those two days.
