Good Ole Domino’s Pizza, one of the largest pizza companies in the country, they have a lot of franchises around the country. I’ve eaten their pizza’s for years, I really do like their pizza’s. They have this cool new app also where you can order your pizza from your smart phone and see the progress so you can be there just in time to pick it up while it’s nice and hot… It even lets you pay right there on the app for your pizza. I’ve used this app so many time’s I’ve got a free pizza from it. I’ve zipped right into my local Domino’s Pizza several times, gave them my name and they gave me my pizza. I’ve even been at a hotel out of town, swimming at the pool and we’ve all gotten hungry so I break out the old smart phone and order up some hot Domino's pizza to be delivered. They show up, I sign my receipt and we have some great pizza. Now did you notice something about every time I talked about the Domino’s location I was ordering from and the app, I always got my pizza without any issues… UNTIL TONIGHT… Now I will NEVER order from the Domino’s Pizza in Vidor, Texas again. The staff of employees working the evening of Saturday May 21, 2016 are the RUDEST people we’ve ever came across in our lives. We had been outside working all day and was hungry, so I made a order on my smart phone and had my mother go and pick it up. I ordered it and paid for it from my smart phone. Makes it very convenient for my mom to drive to the local Domino’s there in Vidor, and pick up our pizza’s because we were hungry. I had been working all day, was tired, dirty and hungry. I wasn’t about to go myself and get the pizza when my mom said she would do it for us. Well the staff this evening threw the convenient out the door. They would not give my mom the pizza’s because we had to show the credit card I used to purchase the pizza. REALLY… The pizza’s was paid for with the app. She came to the store and asked for the order by name. The standard was set by all the other Domino’s I’ve ever ordered from, There was NO NEED to show the credit card to pick up the pizza’s. This staff of people are a bad representatives of the Domino’s Pizza franchises. During this whole ordeal I was even on the phone with one of the employees verifying the last 4 digits of the credit card number, I have them my name, my phone number I ordered under and they still would not give the pizza’s to my mom. The pizza’s were paid for, We had all the information that would have been needed to verified on the order so they should have given them to her. Why even use the app, Why even paid with the app, Why even have anything that makes the ordering anymore convenient if you're going to have a group of jerks running a local franches. I even asked for the manager when I was on the phone talking to the employee, He Hung Up on me and would not let me talk to the manager. Never again will I do business with this location. Read moreVery displeased. Pizza took way longer than it should and was cold when it arrived. Called to notify management and was hung up on. Called back thinking it was an accident and was told the manager refused to speak with me. I asked for another number to file a formal complaint and was told they would not give me any other numbers and they hung up AGAIN. VERY VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Another date tried to place order and could not get the app to work correctly so called store..spoke to 2 very disrespectful females which were both rude and refused to help assist. I finally was able to get another number to speak to upper management and she spoke to me like I was a child..she told me to shut up and said she was the boss and I asked to speak with her supervisor and she refused. She told me she was in charge for next 2 weeks and that her boss would tell me the same thing.i asked again for the name of her supervisor and she was very rude, and said if I did not shut up and listen to what she had to say she would hang up..I chose to be polite and let her speak and when she was done I again asked to have a number or name of someone else to speak to regarding how rude and disrespectful she was being to a customer. This is the worst dominoes I have ever used and the supervision needs to be trained to not speak to customers in that manner and belittling customers should not be tolerated especially when the customer stopped talking and allowed her to have her speech and then tried to be professional and get her supervisora...

She called me to say the order is $77 dollars when i got on the phone the young man said yes sir that is right i said pizza are $7.99 each and wings are $5.99 each how in the world do you get that to come to $77 he said oh wait she didn't tell me she wanted the $7.99 pizza i put them in at $9.99 that still doesn't add up he finely figured it out and my order was $61.07 we added a Dr Pepper to that. Then she gets home we open pizza 2 of them are wrong so we call and manager says we can remake them for you now or write your name down for 2 large pizzas for free we have kids that want cheese pizza like we order so remake them. So now on top of all of this we have to waste fuel to go back and pick up the right pizzas they should have brought them to us i fill like. So now dinner for 4 cost us over $70 dollars anyway with using gas to go back down there when it was ya'll mistake makes no sense what has happened to customer service now days!!!!!
