Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Vidor

I ordered a Bacon cheeseburger, tator tots, 3 piece cinnastacks, and Reeses peanut butter shake. First problem stall #3 wouldn't take my card and I couldn't figure out how to use the app. I'm traveling from Texas back to Louisiana so once I saw all the food was in the bag and the server brought me back my card (since he had to go inside to check out my order) I go back on the interstate. I ate my tots first then wanted to try my shake only to realize I don't have a straw. There weren't any napkins in the bag either. I got to the burger last. There was no bacon. The patties were on the dry side so I split them with my dog and tossed the rest. The other food and shake were good. I drank some of the shape through the top but kept getting whipped cream...

Pretty good sonic. It's mostly teenagers obviously. So you randomly get some that talk and ignore you. Im fine with talking while you work. It gets boring. But you can still take time to pay attention to someones order.

Example tonight. At like 6:50 drive through. "2 milk shakes." 'Anything else? laughing undertones' (thats fine) "No whip cream" 'That'll be $8. Next window' Tries to ask again when he takes card but immediately shuts window. Gets a word in when he gives card back. "Without whipcream right?" 'Yeah.' Immediately shuts Starts talking about us repeatedly asking for whipcream. Because it obviously comes with whipcream. Why would they keep asking for whipcream.

We get two milkshakes...

I usually only order drinks from this sonic location due to the fact that they almost always get my families order wrong. We ask for something like cheese only on the sandwich and we get everything on it but cheese. It is like the management only cares about profits and not about customer satisfaction. We have had several (more then 10) wrong orders over the last year and after repeated complaint all we ever get is a gift card for the value of what ever we ordered or a coupon for whatever the item was free next time. We have even received full refunds on the ticket. So now we only go to get ice and drinks. Save your money on the food unless you will eat it without changing anything...
