Subway — Restaurant in Vidor

Very disappointed. After having to watch 2 workers walk around and talk. Not acknowledging that we were at the counter waiting. Then when we were asked what we wanted they said they were out.Instead of letting us know what they were out of. I ordered a foot long with shredded cheese. I am not a huge cheese fan but add the right amount of portions. Also when the steak was added to the sandwich the girl only added 2 half scoops instead of 2 full scoops. I added coffee too my meal. They ended up having to take the Keurig they use to make coffee and wash it out and clean it out because it had leftover stuff in it from the night before. Then after finally getting my coffee my sandwich had already been eaten. I had waited for over 15 minutes for a cup of coffee from a dirty Keurig machine only to be told that they do not have any creamer. Very unpleasant meal completely disappointed with this Subway. Nice employees, convenient drive through window, but they are constantly out of stuff, so unless you are really really flexible and perhaps you dont mind your sandwich without veggies or without cheese, please don't come here, after over 5 times wasting my time cause they are always out of basic stuff, one day they are out of tomatoes, the next they are also out of lettuce, then they don't have ham or steak, etc, trust me, chances are you won't be having the sandwich that you really wanted, so I gave up, I certainly won't be back to waste any more of my time here and I will drive a couple of minutes northbound to the other Subway in North Vidor where they don't seem to have the same problem. Also, the service is courteous, but painfully slow, and if you use the drive through, check your order before you leave and plan on an extra 20-30 minutes for them to correct it, I already drove away with someone else's sandwich...

Beware of the stupidity! I called to order party trays for a birthday party and asked how much per tray, and was told I could get up to 5 trays for a total of $43.29. I questioned the employee multiple times about the price because it didn't make sense to me and she insisted the price was correct. I placed an order for 3 trays and told them I needed them ready by 6:30 the following day. When I got there to pick up my order they were still preparing them so I told them I would be back shortly to get them. I returned about 25 minutes later to get them. The employee rung up the order and said the charge was $136! I told her what I was told when I placed the order and she said there was nothing she could do about it. I insisted on her calling a manager which did me NO good because they didn't care about honoring the price either. I will not do business with this Subway...
