I had been wanting to try the Sourdough Buford Melt so I placed an order on the mobile app and drove the nearly 10 miles to pick it up. When I got back in the car I noticed the Bleu Cheese dip I ordered for my chicken bites was not in the bag. So I went back in and was informed that they didn't even have any of that dip, only ranch. So I get the ranch and go back out to the car. When I opened the burger, it wasn't on sourdough bread but instead just the regular bread. So I go back into the store again and was informed that they didn't even have any sourdough bread and had been out for a while. Since this is why I made the trip in the first place I said they could have the food back and asked for my money back. They took it back and then said I would have to figure out how to get my money back myself since I had a mobile order. I called the 1800 number on my confirmation email with the issue and was told someone will probably get back with me in about a week. So the mismanagement at this location cannot order supplies correctly and then tried to replace unavailable items without informing customers. This caused me to waste nearly half an hour of time, waste 20 miles worth of gas, I'm out over $10 and still don't have lunch. It's either cold, sloppy, bland, or made incorrectly every single time! I spend money and wait patiently, I do not expect to be treated like that. I have tried several times to redeem it but it's always bad food or I get some rude person or an individual who just can't listen for their lives. I am not one to be negative towards people but these people and this facility just doesn't know what they're doing. The manager is far from manager material and can not handle an issue properly. Just be aware that if you order a meal you will automatically be upgraded to medium even though it's listed as small with upgrade prices available. I approached the window and asked why so much. Was told that's the medium price. I voiced that I didn't ask for an upgrade. She said oh.. I can get the small. This isn't the first time this has happened. Another questionable practice after you order by saying this exact statement... "Medium or large". Why not say "would you like a medium or large meal?" No, they specifically say it this way to confuse customers. Finally, they try and suggestive sell multiple times... Apple pie? Add bacon? Add extra cheese? It's irritating to the point where I'm not even going to visit this place anymore...
