Logan's Roadhouse — Restaurant in Vienna

This place is disgusting and the food is horrible as well. They served me raw shrimp, then 15 minutes later the waitress came back and I addressed the raw shrimp.. She took the raw shrimp back and returned 20 minutes later with the same shrimp.. I know they were the same because the one shrimp I tried to bite into was placed back on the skewer falling into pieces with my teeth marks in it..That is 1 not safe food handling practices after the raw shrimp set cold and raw only to be refired with my saliva on it touching surfaces in the kitchen and whoever touched the shrimp to reskewer then then touched others food...cross contaminated everything in the kitchen..How many other germs did I consume of others...nasty. The salad was wilted and should have been thrown out, the sirloin had a weird smell like it was out of date and rancid, the mashed potatoes had no flavor at all.. This restaurant will not continue to do business with all these issues going on.. That bathroom was so disgusting I almost threw up... I've worked in food service management in my 20's and have been trained on food bourne illnesses and such and all around the board this restaurant has failed...I've never been here before but, I promise I will never return, it was a alarm that the entire restaurant was empty upon arrival..The local community has already discovered what I had to foolishly discover tonight..The place is disgusting and, furthermore has disgusting food.. Let alone the fact of black fruit type of flies landing on the bread and eating the butter for the rolls.. Save yourself from this location...I travel and have eaten at more Logans I can recall but, never in my life have I seen a chain restaurant miss the bar so bad in my life..Whoever owns this establishment needs to address this issues or just go ahead and close this location.... Absolutely disgusted at...

Always great here ! 😁 Very fast friendly service. Brittany, wonderful job ! Chicken teriyaki is awesome . Perfectly cooked very juicy. Nice cool breeze on the porch area. Gentleman who met and seated me was extremely nice and friendly. Keep up the great work .....UPDATE....went back again for same dish. MMMM ! Brittany is still great 😁 food still awesome, team still wonderful . Silverware a little dirty this time...3.8 stars...UPDATE-10.1.20 ...This time we were seated at a table that was only 95% clean, silverware was dirty and sticky, 3 out of 4 small plates for rolls (2 people in our party) were dirty. When I showed the waiter he denied it and tried to say it was clean then started ignoring me and then walked away while I was asking for new plate. I followed him and asked again and he says I have other tables ?!? Wow ! You may want to fire or extremely retrain this guy . Asked him to get a manager, then he made a loud noise ( like slamming something down on the drink stand or slapping it with a hand ) she came quickly and became our waitress. She was awesome. Food was awesome, 12oz steak rice and broccoli ... 2.1 stars this visit...I'll wait a couple weeks before I return. There is no option to write new reviews for this restaurant on google maps .UPDATE...10.31.20 Manager Kate is real nice..my waitress was pretty good...table was dirty, silverware was dirty, plate (1 of 3) was dirty, rice was cold when served. This will be my LAST trip here for sure...too bad I love this place 😭 start training and hiring good people you can trust and follow the health dept rules for Gods sake..jeez..to the owner...actually no I dont follow links or do extra work to help you solve your problems...I have done my duty reporting it now do yours and fix it or...

This is only the second time I have ever posted a complaint regarding an eating place but felt tonite's experience was deserving. We ordered loaded potato skins appetizer and country fried steak and rib/tenders combo meals. Appetizer was brought out but had no green onions on them. Mentioned to server and she agreed there should be and she'd check. She came back and advised they were out of the green onions but offered nothing else or to adjust the bill. When the meals were brought out, the country fried steak was like a piece of rubber gristle which required serious sawing through it with the steak knife trying to get it into small pieces. Was still unable to eat it all as a few pieces were unable to be chewed up. The server came back around to check if we were still doing ok for the first time since we had gotten our meals.We were pretty much finished at that point and were just ready to get out of there so we asked for the check and a take home box for the tenders. Serving the appetizer not prepared as shown on the menu but charging the same, and the quality of the one entree was not Logans best moment. There are too many other eating establishments in the area for Logans to provide that...
