Dominick's Pizza and Pasta — Restaurant in Villa Park

I believe everyone deserves a 2nd shot. So in order for the review not 2 be missed I'm posting in under my other email. My 1st review gave 1 star under joe walker city...I most admit after the owners response I contacted them and placed an order Here are the cons! 1.)Pizza was a little burnt surprisingly since this was a make up order 2.)the wings were just ok looks like the sauce was just poured on them: The Pros 1.)they took our order without question and were very polite & detailed 3.) It was delivered b4 the estimated time. 2.) Although a little burnt it was one of the better pizzas I've tasted in some time..most pizzas get really hard at the bottom under the crust..theirs kept the moisture in and still provided the required crunch..it had just the right amount of sauce cheese was quite satisfying... ~I can RESPECT & TRUST this business to due right by clients thanks to the immediate taking of responsibility that a mistake was made and correcting it! If not for the wings I'd give them a 5star ..not even taking off because of it being burnt bcz mistakes happen and IT WAS...

Very good. We were in the area as a party of 8 with 3 kids under 10, so pizza was the economical way to go. We ended up here because all of the known pizzerias in the area only had delivery or takeout...no dine in. So we decided to take a chance on this place. I'm glad we did. We were able to seat ourselves here so since we were a larger party, we scooted several tables together. The room was half filled when we arrived and over time just cleared out to only a few parties. This place is not big, it's more like a mom/pop restaurant that looks as if it's been serving the neighborhood for years. Our service was great. Our waitress took very good care of us. We ordered 2 extra large pizzas along with some other dishes. The pizzas did not take long at all. They were huge, but we finished them off! Thin crust was very thin. Very flavorful pizza. We were very satisfied with our first experience here. I'd definitely go back. And this place must be popular for takeout because that parking lot was constantly moving...

What an awful experience! I don’t normally do this but this experience was disgusting! Me and my family order from here regularly and the youngest - with autism - always stands at the door to meet the pizza man, only to be met by a delivery driver who told him he “doesn’t have time to deal with him or deliver pizzas all night” All the while Someone was going to the door to sign the receipt -not even 15 seconds between all this. He proceeded to repeat himself, and have a condescending attitude and rolling his eyes. When management was called we were met with he “probably didn’t say it or didn’t mean it”.. then to be hung up on while on hold.. They then called back and proceeded to say “yeah he said it but he was joking”.. NOT appropriate!! If the child was acting obnoxiously sure but he was simply waiting to take the pizza PER USUAL! I’m sure it doesn’t matter to them but they lost a...
