Placed an order for one of their oreo pizzas on door dash as a surprise for some friends whose cat just died. I waited like thirty minutes as the order went through and my delivery driver got there to pick it up, but they told the driver they didnt have what I ordered in stock. When my driver called me to tell me, she said she had the same issue with them a couple days ago and they told her theyd been out for weeks. This annoyed me first of all because my phone number is on my order they received. They could have called me before I had to wait to let me know they couldnât complete my order. But then when I called their store the girl who answered told me door dash would need to issue the refund and id need to call them. Hmm. Ok cool, fine I get it Iâll call them. But when I brought up to the girl that items they dont have in stock should be reflected on door dash so people dont order something they dont have and wait to find out, she blew me off cut me off and was like âooooookaaaaayâ but offered no apology or alternative to the issue.    Read moreIgnored totally by staff. So, just to see, I waited through a little shy of 10 mins before I spoke up to ask when we would be acknowledged by someone of the staff & asked for the manager on duty.
Oh, surprise of surprises, she was also one who kept walking by and ignoring the only customers in the store. Then, she(the manager), along with other members of the staff started shooting dirty looks about the fact I even spoke up.
One e member of the staff finally helped & did a good job. But very other member of the team just kept standing around. The young man who helped me, was the only one that seemed to be about doing a good job. Even at that, he was helping me once the so-called manager pulled him off the task she had him working on & told him to help me. (While she was chummy & letting the rest of the staff be as ineffectual as her.) The staff member who helped seemed to be the new member who was being given the work, while everyone else was being allowed to do ( or not do) whatever they wanted.

   Read moreI attempted to order an âfully customizable â ice cream cake for my friendâs birthday. I called with questions regarding changing the streamer color of the cake I wanted online on Monday. I was asked to call back on Tuesday and speak with the cake decorator so I did . She assured me it was no problem and to place the order online . I tried the next day Wednesday and was not able to complete the order online so I called . I was again assured the cake I wanted would be ready by 10am on Saturday. I asked if I should pay by phone or come to the store. I was told no they had my notes and phone number if they had any additional questions.I called to confirm it would be ready this evening and was informed no cake was ready and the process I described would never work anyway . After three phone calls and the 14 hours before scheduled pickup Iâm clearly taking my ice cream needs...
