Avoid this location during the lunch rush. They can’t get your order right. EVER!
First visit: My husband came home for his lunch break and picked us both up salads. He gets here: No dressing, no silverware to eat our salad with, no sauce for my kids nuggets, and our 2 large sweet teas were both unsweetened. Completely ruined my husbands surprise Lunch he had planned for me bc by the time we went back and got dressing bc we litteraly had none at home he had to drive back to work. So my husband had to return to work on an empty stomach.
Second visit: I was with the boys and Ordered 2 kids meals and a salad: Yet again no dressing and no silverware. I just said screw it bc I didn’t want to go back out and went without.
Third visit: My brother in law picked us up food today bc we are sick. Apparently, this location was super busy and out of everything. Our order: 2 - 12 ct nugget meals with LARGE sweet teas, a small fry, and 2 kids nugget meals ( 1- 6ct and 1- 4ct) with apple sauce and sweet tea. We requested Polynesian and each dipping sauce.
We got 2 meals with MEDIUM Unsweet teas, 2 kids meals: no apple sauce bc they are out, two chocolate milks for kids that have fevers and can’t drink it at all. Out of all of this we got only 1 straw, no napkins, and NO SAUCE for any of our nuggets, and to top it off our fries were ice cold! How do you have 4 orders of nuggets come through your drive thru and forget sauce? It’s plain common sense people.
I’m highly disappointed in this location. I’m also tired of calling them every time I go there for lunch. They just ruin my lunch and tap dance on my nerves. The food is expensive compared to other fast food places around. It’s not worth the hassle and heartache to not get what you pay for and to be offered a free kids meal for the next time... Really? Out of all of this all I get is a free kids meal? I just wasted $30 at your location and I get a free $4 kids meal? So I ask you.. What next time? This is 3 lunches in a row you have ruined for my family and all I Bry is a free kids...
Read moreI recently had an experience at a Chick-fil-A that not only had the best food I’ve ever had at any Chick-fil-A, but also restored my faith in humanity in the most unexpected way. While on a road trip, I accidentally left my work briefcase at the restaurant, not realizing it until a few hours later. The briefcase contained important documents, a computer, and $3,000 in cash. I called the store, and within minutes, they informed me that they had found it and placed it in their safe.
A couple of hours later, the owner of the store personally called me to confirm they had it and offered to ship it back to me. But then, the next morning at 5 AM, I received a text saying he was going to drive the briefcase to me himself—3 1/2 hours away—because he didn’t feel comfortable just shipping it. True to his word, he arrived at my house later that morning with the briefcase, everything exactly how I had left it.
I can’t even begin to explain how much this gesture meant to me. The fact that not only did the store staff handle the situation with such honesty and integrity, but the owner took the time to personally ensure the briefcase made it back to me, speaks volumes about the character of the business and its employees. With Christmas just around the corner, I’m sure it would have been easy for someone to take the cash, but instead, these people showed incredible trustworthiness. Read morePlease be careful after placing a mobile order on their app. If you accidentally close the pick up page your order will be lost. There is no record in the app, or receipt by email until after the order is picked up. The only thing you'll have is your bank information showing they took your money. Even though their store number is plastered all over your bank info, they will treat you like a liar, and embarrass the heck out of you like you're trying to get free food. Yes, this just happened to me and my daughter, I'll never be back. I'm sure they don't care, but I had to say it. Hopefully I will get my money back because the manager Jasmine didn't help me. They kept asking did I place an order at THAT location, store #02111 yes I did. They kept asking for a receipt, there is no receipt! You do not get a receipt until after your order is picked up!! So if you close that pick up page you have no proof of your order. I fail to understand how they don't know that as an employee. Then had the nerve to ask if we wanted to place an order, Um...absolutely not! I'm not giving you another $63 today! So please remember to not close that pick up page. God forbid you need to put your phone on the charger and it gets closed, an innocent accident. Your order will be lost in a transactional abyss.
