There needs to be an adult present. The kids that work there now are not trained enough! I order online, and they always mess up my smoothie! A couple of times I’ve gone in and my smoothie is half poured literally half of it is in the cup and the other half is in the blender and it’s just sitting on the counter. They don’t have great customer service and communication skills. For example, I will be standing in the store waiting on my online order that I ordered 20 minutes ago before they say anything. Then I find myself having to say hey did you have an order for so-and-so. And then that order would still be sitting in the blender. Read moreI went into the Villa Rica location of Smoothie King expecting a great environment, however, I was shocked to hear a deep, bellowing Somali voice yelling "I need more Jollof rice!" to the back. I then hear a voice yelling back, somehow even lower coming from a woman, yelling back "I don't want to make no damn Jollof rice, you uneducated fool!" Puzzled by this, I went up to the counter in confusion and tried to order said Jollof rice. He then laughed in my face and told me that they only serve the Somalis Jollof rice. I then informed him that this is blatant discrimination, and that I would be taking my business elsewhere. I was then told that they don't serve people that look like hyenas anyway. Read moreI sat in line for over 15 minutes while I watched 5 workers taking out trash, sweeping up inside, and going back and forth to the back for cleaning supplies with a line of 4 cars behind me this evening. Then I was asked to pull to a parking spot because they hadn't even started on my smoothie bowl! They lost countless customers that I watched pull out of line after waiting for service. If it weren't for Ivana, who was working the register, actually stepping away to make my bowl herself this visit would have been a total loss.
