Let me make this PERFECTLY CLEAR! I have been to this restaurant NUMEROUS times even had my son birthday there at one point. The “supposedly new waitress” who goes by the name LACY CLEARLY had a hearing issue or just wanted to be rude and obnoxiously LOUD to the point she was yelling at me. I ordered a sweet tea and a geisha girl for my drinks. The drinks came to the table the tea wasn’t tasty (tasted like it was from the bottom of the container) I told Lacy I would like to get another drink. She responded with “WHAT” I repeated I don’t want this drink can I get a Coke, Lacy In a raised voice “Well what’s wrong with it”. While serving the family to the left of me sweet tea. I responded it has a bad taste…. She tells the mother of the other family well let me know if you like your tea since she doesn’t like hers. I smirk she then waits and said well the one you had did come from the bottom y’all had a fresh batch. Now rightfully I should have ended my dinner date and leave but I just didn’t communicate with her i allowed the others in my party finish ordering. Fast forward THE COOK WAS AWESOME food was seasoned well and he interacted well with the group. Now hear this he was “nervous, skeptical” on the table because he heard the disagreement prior because he was the cook for the other table. But he was like well glad I didn’t decide on sending someone else y’all were a great group. But he also noticed how obnoxious and rude LACY WAS. This google review has been written to tell you Or whoever is reading JUST KNOW LACY isn’t hard of hear she is and was just rude.
Because the next table directly in front of the table i was sitting she leaned in to hear and get the order didn’t raise her voice NOT ONE TIME !!! so it was definitely purposeful.
Yes i spoke to who I was told was the manager she was very nice and heard me out Will LACY be retrained who knows but I WON’T have her as my waitress EVER AGAIN.
MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH LACY!!!! The COOK awesome food was seasoned and served well and I WILL REQUEST HIM AGAIN.
BUT LACY you need to know you COST THE RESTAURANT...
Read moreWe made reservations for 6:30 on February 7th We got there and were immediately sat and that was amazing. However our waitress was horrendous!! I told her my allergy to mushrooms and not to put mushrooms on anything. My husband told her the same no mushrooms, for me. She completely didn’t listen!!! Then also got my salad order wrong. My soup came with mushrooms, and my salad dressing was wrong. The couple beside us had a mushroom allergy too and she had him sign this paper, and I said maybe you should have me fill one out too, she flat out says “why didn’t you say anything” EXCUSE ME I DID!!! YOUR TOO BUSY NOT LISTENING!!! fast forward our chef came out and started cooking the food with earbuds in??? Okay that’s a bit new for me. Food was amazing! Scallops were a bit on the off side, tasted like it had some shell or something on it. The waitress messed up the couple beside us order completely!!! They had to keep making trips back to the kitchen just to make the order. Mind you it’s been about 30 minutes and I’m still out of water, the waitress came by and got everyone else their drinks but me, my husband and another couple. I kept trying to get her attention and she wouldn’t even look anyone in the eye just kept her head down the whole time. 30 minutes goes by I took my cup got up went to the Togo area and asked if someone was going to finally fill my water. The waitress sees me and she then proceeds to fill my water and SLAMS my cup back on the table with attitude and kept giving me looks all night. Seriously!?!? If this is your service I’m done and sadly I love hibachi, I’ll start driving to douglasville if I’m be getting service like this.
She needs...
Read moreWe went there for the 1st time to celebrate our 24th Wedding Anniversary, there was only two of us, it was on a Monday night. They sit us with two woman and their three children, on one side there are 4 chairs on the each end there is two chairs. they tried sitting us next to the children(the woman) were on the end. the problem was that one of the kids was in a high chair and instead of moving one of the chairs they just pushed them together, the kid beside me was almost in my lap, so we said something to the greeter who seated us and she said that there was nothing she could do, so we asked if we could move to the two empty seats on the end, she said yes, but we would have to move if someone else comes in, first of all I didn't understand that because I felt that if we were there we should have been able to pick our seats, just like the ladies with the 3 kids, so someone else did come in and she asked us to move and we said "no", so they ended up sitting this "big" guy and his teenage son there and the son was beside me and that poor man had to deal with that kid pretty much being in his lap the whole time, of course I wanted to leave, but my husband was like we already here, we will talk to the manager afterwards, I'm just saying when you spend $60.00 for two meals you should be comfortable and they should care more about pleasing the customer instead of the bottom line. The food wasn't that great either. we did talk to the manager and all she kept saying was she was sorry, well I work in customer service at my job and if I treated customers the way they treated us that night I wouldn't have a job very long. it should always be about making the...
