I just experienced the worst service of my life at Mirror Lake Taco Bell! Just let just me start by saying that I tired and under the weather simply trying to feed my children before bed. This TACO BELL took my money, gave me part of my order and had the worst attitude about it when I called . I was hung up on not once but twice. The lady at the window was a young white female with dark hair and and I young lighter skinned black female with curls. I'm not sure which one was taking the calls but I saw the white woman with the phone as a sat in the car waiting on my replacement. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered my family 4 $7 luxe boxes and an order of nacho fries. My luxe boxes were ordered specifically due to some not liking sour cream and beans. I had to wait quite some time to get my food but that was no problem. When they handed me my food, it was all thrown in one bag. I asked the young if that was everything. She stated yes. I thought to myself there was no way all the food could fit in that one bag. As I began looking through the bag the papers were coming undone so I decided to wait til I got home. I noticed that there were no chips as this was part of the order. I asked for my chips and I also asked why the meals weren't in the boxes like usual. She apologized and gave me the chips...that's all. No explanation as to why they weren't in boxes. When I got home I noticed that there was barely cheese in the ramekins for the chips and part of my meal was missing. I called and expressing my concern to the young lady on the phone requesting a remake and replacement part of my order because we didn't receive items and the rest would be cold and soggy by the time it was corrected. I also asked if someone can bring my food out for me as I had already waited in line once and at the window for quite sometime. She seemed to be fine at first. Upon me arriving back I saw an older couple that appeared to be upset and waiting outside as well. The women seemed very upset. The man even got out of his car and walked around the building near the window. I called again to check the status letting her know that I was parked in front. She said okay and hung up the phone. I waited. Another person pulled up next to me and appeared upset and tried to walk in but the door was locked. He sped around the building and got in the line. I see the dark hair white lady looking stressed and the young black woman coming out with food. I called again checking the status ensuring that my food would not be given to the wrong people and that's when things took a negative turn. The person on the phone began yelling at me stating that she was making my food, they were short on staff, if I stop calling then maybe she could fix my food. She yelled "do you want the food or not?" I told her at this point I would rather her give me a refund because I no longer trusted her to prepare my food. She yelled and screamed at me even more and when I asked to speak with a manager she hung up in my face again. So here I am with a partial meal that is now cold and my money spent. No refund.No replacement. I had to go get some else to eat. More money spent and HIGHLY unsatisfied. This was an extremely distasteful experience and I will tell everyone I can about it. I work to hard for my money to waste it in poorly staffed establishments with individuals that lack basic customer service etiquette. I will be escalating this issue until...
Read moreRecently I placed an order on the App. I pulled up to the Mirror Lake Taco Bell to get my order. They handed me a bag with only HALF my food. I told the girl at the window that some of my food was missing and one of my tacos was smashed to pieces. She talked to someone in the background. After several minutes of back and forth, I handed the girl the entire bag back asking for them to give me the complete order. After another few minutes, a man (supposedly a manager) came to the window and said , "We didn't send the bag out like this" and I said "You most certainly DID". He argued with me that they didn't miss any of my order then he refused to give me ANY of my food OR a refund. Basically he called me a liar, so i told him to come check my entire car for this "missing" food. They refused and shut the window, then all the teenagers working there starting laughing and yelling, thinking the whole thing was hilarious! I kept sitting there, until finally a manager, Tuesday came to the window and talked to me. I pulled around and made her look thru my car to see that I wasn't hiding any of the food they STOLE from me. She confirmed and said she tried to call the Owner, but he didn't answer. She said she would deal with the employees, but I highly doubt it. SO, #1 I didn't get ANY of the food I paid for and #2, cannot seem to get Taco Bell to respond to my complaint wanting my money back. I was told all orders placed onthee app have to be refunded ON the app. But that is seemingly IMPOSSIBLE. I filed a complaint and got a message that I had a $10 reward for my "trouble". UMM, I paid more than $10 for my order. PLUS, I do not WANT your "Reward", nor do I even SEE it on my account! I want my MONEY back. I will not be spending another cent at taco bell. I was so hopeful the Mirror Lake location would be better than the Villa Rica location, but NOPE!!! I was completely outraged at the way I was treated and now I can't even get an apology or a refund. Read moreI have to say I have never had an experience like I did last night at this Taco Bell. I got there at around 8:45pm and ordered 5 soft tacos supreme and a cheesy fiesta potatoes to go from the ordering kiosk and sat down to wait. They seemed pretty busy so I figured it would be a few minutes so I starting playing around on my phone. After a while I started realizing I had been waiting for what was starting to feel like a long time so I checked how long I had been there and realized I had been waiting 25 minutes, and there were still people that were there before me that hadn't gotten there food. The person who had been running the register started asking everyone in the dining room if they had gotten their food yet, which everyone said no. I could hear people in the kitchen yelling at each other about orders being wrong, at which point a lady who seemed to be the store manager came in. She walked into the kitchen and began literally yelling at the manager on duty about the orders being messed up and basically asked her if she was too stupid to run a shift. Obviously, the shift supervisor was having problems but this made me, and from what I could tell, the other customers, very uncomfortable. Finally, they started handing out orders, most of which were still wrong, and trying to give everyone refunds plus their food. The lady who was now running the register said she didn't know how to give me a refund since I ordered on a kiosk, but at that point (almost an hour after I had arrived) I was just glad to get the food I ordered and leave. When I got home my wife and I realized that the tacos were cold and for some reason, wet. Since I did a digital receipt, there was no survey to take, which is why I'm leaving this review.
