The server we had Mrs. Hope Ingram was wonderful to my standards This is from Joseph Rayburn. She interacted with our kids and was very pleasant. On the part about the the food that was the worst food I have ate in any waffle house I've ever had. I've been eating at waffle house since I was a kid. I'm 44 years old. The cheese and eggs was the wrost cheese and eggs I have ever put in my mouth. They looked like they had been sitting in the fridge for 24 hours after they had been cooked they were so dry and awful tasting. Don't get me started on the hashbrowns my 12 year Olds hashbrowns still had ice in them. My wife's hashbrowns were so hard that they pooked her gums. I haven't ate mine yet. The hamburger patties were so burnt they looked like charcoal. Our grits were so cold and bland that even two things of butter, salt, pepper, and sugar could not help the taste of the grits. Not only all this there was a lady who supposedly fell in the batroom hallway right after our order was taken; which everyone of the employees did the right thing as far as handling that; I also pay attention to part of what was going in that area because my wife, my 2 daughters and my son had to use the restroom. When the ambulance and frist responders showed up the lady refused services and all the frist responders left, just want to say thank you to the frist responders for what they do. I also witnessed the friend of the lady that fell look up into the restaurant of this particular waffle house and start laughing after the employees walked away from the lady that supposedly fell. Gave my name and number for them. Over that incident . The bread that came with the meals was brunt on the edges, my 12 year old found hair in her breakfast bowl that she ordered. My 1 year old granddaughter would not eat none of the food at all, and that baby loves her food. Now I'm at the E.R herein Villa Rica, Georgia with my 22yearold who has been throwing up since before we left the restaurant. Our meal plus tip coasted us $113.50 for that price on 8 meals for 4 adults and four children. It should have been better prepared on top of all that thefood was very cold. The cook didn't have a very good attitude towards certain customers at all. She did not walk around with a greeting sprit. Or was she very customer savvy. My wife and our 22 year old daughter her fiance, and myself are not very happy with our food preparation. Do keep in mind this was our first time eating at this waffle house. The 8 meals combined were not wroth even $20 dollars that is how dissatisfied with our meals. My 9 year d son and 3 year old daughter love cheese burgers. They could hardly withstand the taste of their cheese burgers. They normally eat every bite of their cheese burgers, but tonight my 3 year old wouldn't even eat half of her burger. I'm not happy at all with 8 meals costing over $100 dollars and everything beso distasteful. We will never eat their again; we apologize for any inconvenience on how we had to pay. But we payed for it because my niece works their and we wanted to support her at the location she works at. So in closing my family and I will never eat at this waffle location on liberty rd in villa rica ga. We love waffle house food and coffee it's one of our favorite restaurants in the world. And for our food to be cold and be prepared the way it was is unacceptable. By my standards for any preparation of any restaurant that I have ever been to.

   Read moreToday after my sonâs soccer game he requested that we go to Waffle House. Since we live in Mirror Lake, we chose the Mirror Lake location. When we walked in, we were warmly greeted and had small chat with the greeter. We waited about 10 minutes and were seated in the section being handled by Tiffany. I ALWAYS ask for plastic cutlery when I go to Waffle House, so this visit was no different. Tiffany obliged my request and quickly took our drink orders. We ordered waters, kids waffle/bacon, and the All Star breakfast. After waiting about 15-20 minutes on our order, Tiffanyâs family (which was later confirmed by the store manager) came in. She was having a conversation with her son about some personal family things and in doing so, she began to repeatedly scratch her head!!! She then proceeds to pick up orders and drop them off to various tables without washing her hands!! . When I saw that she was bringing my food out I politely told her, âI am not trying to be ugly, but I just watched you scratch your head and NOT wash your hands. I do not want this foodâ. I then asked for the manager. I guess Tiffany didnât like the fact that I asked her to bring me out âdandruff freeâ food so she angrily threw the old food away as she said something to the other workers in the back. The manager came over, (I didnât catch his name) and he was very understanding and apologized for the situation. He got us new food and took 10% off of the order. I wonât visit this location again simply because I donât like how rude Tiffany was and the fact that she acted like i was wrong for not wanting food that was potentially contaminated with her dandruff and head germs. The dine-in experience was terrible, all the tables were dirty when we came in with only the low bar having clean seating at 730 at night. 3 ladies were working and only 2 tables eating. The lady cooking said set their table before they walk out after we had been there about 10 minutes. While we waited for our food no tables were cleaned and other customers walked out before getting a table. One of the servers was to concerned with counting out her money to help customers. The to-go visit, i tried to call to place my order for 20 minutes with no answer and once they picked up the phone then hung up without saying anything. Once there to place my order, there were multiple dirty tables and 3 tables eating. Not busy enough to ignore the phone ringing to place a to-go order. Poor service all around and poor environment for dining. This store needs some major management overhaul and more staffing to handle...
