Don't come here for specialty coffee or customer service. The multiple times we have ordered lattes here they were lacking and weak but we decided to try it one more time. We ordered two large iced lattes and to ensure a stronger coffee we requested two additional shots of espresso in each. I have never had to request TWO additional shots of espresso anywhere but it felt necessary to bring the latte up to par with a regular latte from any other establishment. When we received the lattes they still looked like just slightly dark milk, despite paying over $17 for the pair. We tried them and they did not taste even as strong as a normal latte from any other coffee shop. We asked the employee to confirm there were two extra shots in the drinks and she confirmed that yes, she put four shots in each espresso and promptly closed the window and walked away. The conversation was over and she did not care at all whether we were satisfied or had anything else to say. In fact, the entire time we were ordering and waiting and talking to her, she seemed annoyed to have to provide us with a service at all. I believe at least three shots of espresso is standard for a large latte and often I see coffee shops using double shots. So to pay nearly $10 per drink for four shots of espresso (that still for whatever reason did not taste like a sufficient amount) is ludicrous. Additionally, the vanilla flavoring in one of the drinks was much too sweet and tasted very artificial. We did not end up drinking that drink at all and bought coffee elsewhere.

I cannot speak to the doughnuts as I have not tried them.

But the name of the establishment includes coffee, which, in my multiple experiences, is incredibly lacking.

There’s a genuine love and care that Sprinkles gives that just can’t be replicated by other big name donut or coffee corporations. They put heartfelt time and energy into making pumpkin fritters for my grandmother after just finding out about her terminal cancer diagnosis. They made them as a special request and we all agree that they made the best fritters we’ve ever had, hands down! We also got a dozen of donuts and they were delicious as well! We loved all of the donuts we got! They have a perfect donut unique for everyone!! I was blown away by the maple bacon and the strawberry!! My mom loved the German chocolate and blueberry ones! My grandmother didn’t want to stop eating the fritters and the donuts she tried! We were amazed by the variety, taste, and heartwarming kindness that Sprinkles provides for our every day life and for the hard times we all face as humans. We really felt the love and humanity from everyone there. I’m beyond thankful for them giving us a wonderful and happy memory together between my mother, grandmother, and I that will be...

I have been baking for almost 50 years, grew up with amazing bakers and still I would say these are the best donuts I’ve tasted in a very long time. They are as other reviewers said a more expensive donut but I also know you do get what you pay for. If your budget for donuts is gas station level you probably won’t appreciate Sprinkles donuts but to say they aren’t better than chain store donuts is an undervaluing of what Sprinkles offers. Even the next day their donuts are still better than the chain store donuts. They had a varied selection of flavors, cake as well as yeast donuts. The fillings are also a step above the others. I will say though the 5 star rating is for the quality of the donuts alone. The staff when we visited wasn’t very knowledgeable and the customer could expect better.
