Starbucks — Restaurant in Village/Town of Mount Kisco

This is absolutely my favorite Starbucks location. All of the baristas, especially Billy and Taylor, are always so accommodating and always suggest the best drink concoctions whenever I want to try something new!

The only reason why I can’t give them the full five stars that they deserve is because there have been many occasions where I will come to this specific location hours before they are supposed to close, which is at 8 PM, only to find the store closed! I’ve come to find out that one of the managers at this location has been instructing the staff to close a few hours earlier on random days. Not only is that completely unprofessional, but it’s a slap in the face to customers, especially to repeat customers such as myself. It’s absolutely absurd that the hours are posted online as closing at 8 o’clock, but when I arrived a few Saturday’s ago, the store was closed and it was only 6 PM.

I would hope that Starbucks corporate does not condone managers closing up shop hours before they are intended to just because they may not feel like working later that night. If this continues as it has been on multiple occasions, I have no choice but to stop supporting my favorite local branch because of this specific...

Disappointing Experience – Lacks Consistency and Quality

I've visited this location several times, trying different drinks and coffees, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. Compared to other Starbucks locations, the drinks here lack balance—too much coffee, not enough cream or sugar, and overall poor execution. The Mango Dragonfruit Refresher with lemonade, for example, tasted watered down and lacked the vibrant flavor it's known for.

What’s most frustrating is the lack of consistency. One of the things I love about Starbucks is knowing what to expect, but at this location, every order has been off in some way.

Additionally, the staff here doesn't seem as friendly or welcoming as those at other Starbucks stores. It’s disheartening, especially when part of the Starbucks experience is the inviting atmosphere and great customer service.

I hope this location improves, because right now it falls short of the quality and consistency Starbucks...

My favorite Starbucks location especially due to the staff: Sarah the supervisor is amazing and always makes me smile as soon as I come in! Not only is she extremely friendly but she also knows how to execute my drinks very well, especially given how complex they can be lol. I go to Starbucks practically everyday, and I’ve been coming to this location for years as I live in the area. Throughout all the changes over the years, my experience here has only elevated because of Sarah along with the other star employees LJ, Claire, Sophia, Jahre (another supervisor) and Angel.
