Arby's — Restaurant in Village of Germantown

I don't know what's wrong with the competency of the late night crew, but I refuse to visit this location ever again, last week I visited via drive thru on my way to work, I ordered a chicken bacon sandwich combo and asked for it to be large, these people literally gave me a large fry container with a small fry inside, and they were cold. I was so upset when I made it to work, sat down and got ready to eat. So I went back two nights ago and I mentioned it to the guy at the window and he assured me that he would fill my fry container when I ordered a ½ pound roast beef sandwich combo and another chicken bacon sandwich with extra bacon. As I was driving along the expressway heading to work (3rd shift) I'm munching on my fries, enjoying music, thinking about that delicious chicken bacon sandwich, I arrive at work get settled in and pull my chicken sandwich out of the bag, and there's not a single piece of bacon on the sandwich. I was so 🔥🔥 pissed!!! Last night I went across the street to Burger King, they got me right. Not a single item missing, food fresh and hot. I don't recommend anyone patronizing this Arby's location in Germantown, especially in the late evening/night. They have complete morons working at night.

A customer deserves hot fries for their money, they also deserve a full fry container especially if they order a large fry, and they also want everything they paid for.

Even if they gave me a free meal I wouldn't ever go back to that location! SMH.....

The food came out cold at the drive-thru. Granted it was around 9:00 p.m. But your product quality has to be improved at that store in Germantown Wisconsin.

The only thing that was hot was the jalapeno poppers that we had to wait for... And the curly fries ice cold. How does that happen?

The bacon BBQ burger was horrible as well. The bun was hard and the meat was not juicy. It appeared to have been precooked. You get an A+ on the diet Dr pepper

My last few experiences at this Arby's have been quite disappointing. The only thing that ever comes out somewhat correctly is the roast beef sandwich. And it doesn't take much to mess that up. To be honest I'm afraid to try new products that you offer because of the inconsistency of preparation and price. BRING BACK THE FISH SANDWICHES!

I love Arby's But I'm really going to have to think about spending my money there because everything's been nothing but disappointment of late.

I’m so sad to leave this review. This place has a very special place in my heart. Trained here as GM years ago as my first job back in the force after being a stay at home mom.

The life and spark seems to have been drained from this location. All the employees seem miserable and the people taking orders are never friendly. Then there is the cleanliness…not a single person checked the lobby while we were there eating and floors are disgusting (literally decomposing food along the mop guards). Employees drinking out of cups in customer view with gloves on. My fish sandwich was inedible, extra fishy and soggy; way passed the timer and old I’m assuming.

The lobby used to always be packed with a wrapped drive through at lunch. Today, it was as busy as 8pm on a weeknight. So sad.

Glad to see the registers have finally been updated! Now you just need to new crew so this location can become...
