Placed an order at 12:30 PM for sandwich delivery. Confirmation email said delivery at 1:01 PM. At 1:30 PM our order had still not arrived. I called the location to ask where the order is, given that it was placed an hour prior and was 30 minutes late, and the location is a mere 10 minutes from delivery point. The individual on the phone said that he couldn't find the order. It took several minutes for him to find the order even after giving the order number and name. They then "found it" but said they don't know when it will be delivered and couldn't give an ETA. The individual on the phone was slurring his speech while speaking and was hard to understand as if he was under the influence of some substance that probably shouldn't be around sandwiches. I asked to speak with a manager, the individual on the phone said he was the manager. I asked, if the order is going to be significantly late, to at least get this meal for free or discounted given the inconvenience. The "manager" said he can't tell me when the order is coming and can't give it for free or any discount. I asked for the "manager's" name and he stated "I can't tell you my name". I then had to request for the order to be cancelled. I don't know what is going on at that location, but it appears that the "manager" isn't very good at managing. At the least, he could have offered to deliver the sandwiches himself, which is what any good food establishment manager would do. Read moreI had a very unfortunate experience! I haven't been to this location or a Jimmy John's in awhile but was craving it, as I normally go to Cousin's Subs or Subway. I did an Online order for a #3Totally Tuna and a Guargantuan. The Totally Tuna did NOT have my tomatoes or cucumbers on it. I called this location and nicely asked to speak to a manager. I was connected to a manager named Daniel who I explained my issue to and he nicely said he would have someone contact me to get a gift card mailed out to me. I gave it a few days and didn't get a phone call, so I called back and told Daniel I hadn't received a call. He said he would follow up and for me to give it a few more business days. I gave it a week, still NO one called me about getting me a gift card. I called their corporate and spoke to a Kristen who advised me she would lo it. A few days later she emailed me and said I would have to contact the store back even tho I told her I wasn't getting anywhere with the store. I called manager Daniel back and he said he would have his boss (Jason) reach out to me. I asked if they could just credit me for my sub on my debit card but he advised that's not how they handle things. Jason called me a day later and got my address and said he would mail out a $15 gift card, the cost of my entire order. A little over a week later and I have yet to receive my gift card. Read moreI ordered a Hunter’s Club from Jimmy John’s in Germantown at 12:56 PM while waiting at a car dealership for an oil change. After over an hour with no delivery and no updates, I tried calling multiple times, but no one bothered to answer. Finally, someone showed up at 2:10pm, reeking of marijuana, which was incredibly unprofessional.
When I mentioned that I had been trying to call for a refund, the delivery person rudely asked, “You don’t want it?” I explained that I’d prefer a refund at this point, and instead of handling the situation, she just walked away. I had to ask her directly who I could contact for a refund, and all she said was “me,” as she walked out.
Completely unprofessional and disrespectful service. I hope I get my money back, but either way, I will never order from Jimmy John’s again. Absolutely...
