My daughter an I entered the store at 6:50PM. We placed our order and the food was delivered fast and correct. We sat down to eat and we were told"we are closing in 5 minutes." I said we should be done in 5 minutes. Another couple came in and was looking at the menu. They were told "we are closing in 2 minutes." They placed their order and left. Then we were told "we are closing in 2 minutes." I said "when i'm done with my sandwich, we will go." I had a few bites left and then we were told, "you have to leave because we are closed and we need to lock the door." I said, "I'll leave when i'm done." I said i wanted the managers name and the female employee said "I'm the manager and you need to leave because we need to lock the door." I said, "i want the owners name and phone number." She said no. I asked again and she said Curt, but didn't give me his phone number.
The employees were rude the whole time we were there. Lousy customer experience and I will not buy from Jimmy Johns again!! What happened to customer first? They were more interested in ending their shift than selling food and providing a...
Read moreI have ordered subs online 3 times before and nothing ever went wrong. But this time was horriable. I called at 545 and placed the order for 645. 7 o'clock came and still no sub. So i called. She ssid its on the road. 15 minutes later and still no sub. I live literally 2 minutes away.... then my boyfriend called....she told us they didnt have our order... I was upset at this point.... a manager calles me back and asked me what I ordered. I told her. She ssid u can come in and pick it up. I'm not feeling well so the whole point was to not go outside in the cold and drive there.... but i guess that wss the only way I was going to get my sub. While me and my boyfriend were pulling out of my driveway we saw a jimmy jons driver.....we pulled in the parking lot and 2 employees were standing outside smoking. The driver got out of the car smoking something that didn't look like a cigarette. I went in. And got my sub and left. No sorry from the manager. Or anything. Horriable. Never ordering there again. I work at a resturant I know things happen and orders get lost... but i never lie to...
Read moreHorrible! Don’t go to this location! My husband and I came in here a couple days ago and my card was double charged! The gentleman at the register had me put my card in again after I already did and it said it was approved. I was worried I was going to get charged again. So I checked my account and at first it showed the charges as pending and I showed the gentleman at the register. He said one would fall off eventually. I checked today and they both went through! I called and the manager made it sound like he thought I was lying! He told me the regional manager would be calling me. I have yet to hear anything. I can’t believe how I was treated! Not even an apology or anything! I tried to call back and called the other Germantown store and the manager there was a lot more helpful and basically told me to dispute it with my bank! I am still just in shock and can’t believe the poor customer service at the Jimmy Johns on Mequon Rd. We will never go back! Wish I could give...
