Billy-Ho's — Restaurant in Village of Pewaukee

Sorry Billy this is NOT your mother, but if it was I would be SO disappointed in you. It is just and "old lady" calling to inquire if a Kahlua at your bar is REALLY $13.00. We stopped in there on the way home from dinner to have an after dinner drink. A White Russian is what we were looking for but settled for a Kahlua and Baileys, in a SMALL rocks glass, that is what the bartender recommended as they did not have cream. Understandable for a dive bar in Pewaukee. When the bill came it was $52.00 for 4 drinks. $52.00!!! In disbelief we paid the bill, but it weighed on me so I took the time to call the following week and ask, if it was true, a Kahlua was really $13.00 each at Billy Ho's??? The sweet gal that answered the phone, said let me see and punched it in the computer, yup, $13.00 for a Kahlua. I asked if Billy was there and she said no, he will be in later. I called this evening after 5:00 and asked the boy who answered the phone if Billy was there, he yelled while I could hear on the phone to Billy, indicating there was an "OLD LADY" on the phone and Billy said, what does she want, I'm not talking to her, "is it my mother?" Seriously??? Billy did not come to the phone. Not only was I charged $52.00 for 4 Kahlua's at a dive bar, but was insulted while I listened on the phone to hear someone call me an "old lady" and refused to take my call. There are LOTS of bars and/or restaurants where I can chose to spend my hard earned money and sorry to say, Billy Ho's, will NOT be one of them. In this day and age and people not wanting to work, I understand the staffing dilemma, BUT when this reply is from the owner, it is both disheartening and very disappointing....

Rude bartender yells and swears at me to leave the HALLOWEEN PARTY because it's closing time. She claimed she was just doing her job. If her job was to blatantly be the biggest .... Meanie possible then she was doing just fine. She could have just asked me nicely to leave since it was closing time at Halloween during a Halloween party in which I spent a lot of money there and even tipped the verbally abusive bartender. I've also been taken advantage of there when slightly inebriated. Billy has overcharged me on several occasions and I'm not the only one who has said this about the place. Their food tastes like what the bar looks like.... shabby. If there's a lot of people there don't expect to get your food anytime soon. If it's packed and you ask for food the bartender who is Billy's girlfriend will look you in the eye and ask "Are you serious right now?" and walk away shaking her head. What rude,...

Service was good to start but our server apparently got off of work and didn't tell us or the other employee because we had to go to the bar to receive our check after waiting for 15 minutes. We could have left and they would have had no clue because our original server was sitting at the bar flirting and drinking and our "new server" didn't even know we existed till we approached with the bill. We had an entertainment coupon for buy one entree get one free and the new server said they don't accept those coupons anymore, even though the coupon was good till the new year, and said the owner put a sign on the entrance stating this, which was no where to be found after leaving.
