Dunkin' — Restaurant in Village of Weston

Daily customer! I love the Weston Dunkin. My son and I go every morning! I have never had any issues with anyone here and coffee and donuts are amazing! My son looks forward to the employees that give him lots of attention!! Although today the young lady with the little gap in her teeth and brownish longer hair, was pretty rude to me. Which was surprising because most people that regularly visit a place, get treated well. But apparently she had a hard time hearing my order so she rudely pulled her headset away and said as if irritated, I'm sorry I can't hear you. So I spoke up. Idk if the volume in which I restated my order had a tone to it, but she got super sassy then, ripping the receipt away from the register with vigorousness, dropping my change into my hand as though it was covered in disease, whipping the bag open to put the donuts in. Idk, I feel like she was unnecessarily rude to me. I frequent this place enough to deserve some kindness no matter what day it is, how bad your day is going, or the volume in which I speak. Mind you, I asked in the same volume I do EVERY SINGLE DAY, which tells me that it was not me with the issue today. So, sorry Dunkin, not a bad review just a bad happenstance with a disgruntled employee. (She seems irritated nearly every time I'm here also. DD in Weston WI -- long string of disappointments culminating with today being the end of us going to that location despite it being in close proximity to headquarters. The crew is very rude and lackadaisical. They rarely get the order correct. And if you politely point out that they appear to have given you the wrong thing they huff and roll their eyes.

Today, around 630, we ordered 2 coffees, 2 sandwiches. The initial drinks were wrong so my husband requested the correct drinks. The girl tried to give him a cup with sticky creamy iced coffee dripping off it, and when he asked for it to be wiped first did a perfect teenage huff and roll.

We ordered Chipotle with White Cheddar (an upcharge). We don't know if we were charged for it because we received NO paper products with the sandwiches. No receipt, no napkins. Got into the office ... not white Cheddar and the sandwiches looked as if they had been smashed with a book before being wrapped.

And, the coffee drinks were STILL WRONG, despite the request to fix them.

A waste of our money and effort to go to a restaurant that obviously can't be bothered to do it's basic...

The employees tried to harrass and belittle me, the customer, over forgetting my items and giving me a wrong kind of donut on my order as well... An employee even tried to claim to be the manager, after I confronted them about my missing and cold items and blamed it on excuses and even accusing me of being wrong, instead of taking responsibility and making it right. Turns out they werent even the manager and the true manager gave me a gift card for 5 dollars and told me to never come back because i was so disgruntled by the service which has never happened in my life... Love dunkin, hated this terrible experience and I know they can do better, since I frequent the wausau dunkin donuts store often and their food AND customer service is beyond spectacular. They blow this one out of the water. Never expected this kind of service after being a dunkin donuts customer for so long and placing a 30 dollar order only for it to be handled improperly and inappropriately.
