Ginger Ale's — Restaurant in Vincennes

1st of all, the whole parking/drive-thru is a complete mess. Not made for ALL types of vehicles. You drive up to a sign/menu board. We sat there waiting for someone to come speak to us. Nothing.... someone pulled up behind us, so felt rushed with ZERO customer service... THEN noticed the little hand written paper telling us to pull around.

We tried to pull around and ended up curb checking the stupid curb!! The person behind me, in a truck as well, said that he was glad to see that he was not the only one who has issues with driving through this place. Well then we seen ALL THE BLACK on almost all the curbs.

Pulled up to the 1st window that is covered and you can not tell if they are even open. After a few minutes, a woman opened the window and I asked if their speaker was broken and that was when I was informed that, they don't take orders from the menu, that, that us just a menu... we are to order from the order window... SO, I drove BACK around to set there looking at a menu board and wanting to ask questions about the drinks... but.... sigh. So my husband said that he wanted a regular coffee, but iced. I made due with a "frosted lemonade with blackberry "... pulled around the the 1st window to order. Told the lady that we wanted a regular coffee but iced. Medium size. Then my lemonade size Medium. Total price including tax..$6.57. Seemed like a decent price..... was told to pull up to the "drink" window... we were handed the iced coffee.... it looked like a child's size drink!!!!!!!!!! And... it was basically a melted Jamocha shake from arbys!!! What kind of regular iced coffee is that? Never asked for creamer!!! Literally asked for a regular coffee but iced. Then they handed me my med "frosted lemonade " and it looked like it was a drink size for my 2 year old grandchild!

1st time going and last time going. Almost $7.00 for nothing. My husband threw his drink in the trashcan. When someone wants regular coffee but iced, that is what they want. If creamer is wanted, then it would be requested.

I’ve never eaten here but the drinks look good. Had a door dash order to pick up and staff was incredibly rude. First the parking is a mess. There are no signs to direct traffic. Only parking is for employees. I went to get the order by walking in and did not see it so I asked at three window. Lady laughed at me telling me it was right behind me. No sign to say where it is and no way of telling whose it is. As I was walking out I heard her laughing to her coworkers in a mocking tone. Always wanted to come here and get the drinks but not after that. Even if the food is amazing service is terrible and employees need to be trained on...

Lemonade out of this world. Food? I was recommended pulled pork people say it was good wasn't expecting the I save the companyoney today portion I was given for the high dollar amount it cost. Basically all your gonna get is about fifty chips a spoonful of cheese and couple bits of pork. Dryiest food I ever had don't recommend you spend the money on food here. Drinks though are...
