HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Iāve gone here before and never had an issue and the last 3 times convinced me to never visit again. Not sure if there is new management or not but the lack of customer service is insane. Iāve worked in food and retail and know you get paid nothing and are expected to work beyond your wage but today was my last straw with this location. I ordered a large coffee and a sourdough sandwich through the app around 9:02 because I was going to work and figured that would be the fastest route. There was a long drive through line so I decided to walk inside instead as no one was inside. When I walked in to the pickup window, there were about 6 people working, and not a single person even glanced in my direction much less came over to ask me what I had ordered. After 10 minutes I decided to stop one of the workers and ask what was up with my order, the person I asked went to ask another person and they both looked oddly confused? They came back over and asked for my name and what I had ordered and then left without a word. Another 10 minutes passed and at that point it was 9:26, I was extremely late for work and had been waiting for almost 30 minutes without any acknowledgement while people were walking in and out. I tried my best to be understanding because they seemed busy but I was also busy and now late to my own job. I asked the same worker again if my order was even being made and they asked the same question which leads me to believe no one had done anything since I last asked. FINALLY, some woman came over and handed me a large coffee and I told her I had a sandwich in my order. She told me there was no sourdough, I misunderstood and copped an attitude because of how long I had been waiting and showed her my order. She then proceeded to tell me they ādidnāt have that at this locationā. No offer was made to make me a different sandwich, no refund was offered, and she didnāt even express recognition of the time I had wasted in that store. I was angry and fed up with the complete disregard I was experiencing and left. Had I not been late to work by 30 minutes I wouldāve stuck around. I decided to get a hazelnut coolatta w/ 2 pumps of regular flavor and one pump of sugar free flavor. At the time, I didn't realize more sugar is automatically added to the drink during blending. So I took my drink and drove off with it. Wow was it really, really sweet. I made a U-turn and went back to ask them if they could make it less sweet. The manager/supervisor (Felecia) came to the window with an attitude and told me that I would have to pay for it or she could put the drink back in the blender and add more cream and sugar to make it less sweet. That was the most unsanitary and ignorant thing to even think about doing. Don't you know there are hundreds of people that come there on a daily basis for drinks, and you are ok with contaminating with someone else's saliva. I know I am "clean", but that's down right disgusting Felecia. She then proceeded to say that more sugar is added during the blending process and told me what I should ask for the next time I come in. In addition to all her rude behavior, she then said "I know you, you always have an issue when I'm working; Yea I told my GM about you". Well for one, I didn't know that I always have an issue when you work. I do know if I am paying 3 or 4 dollars for a drink, I want want it done right Felecia. On top of that, she was yelling and talking loud while addressing me. I asked her why were she so loud, and the only thing she could come up with is that she was a cheerleader 20 years ago. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been going to this Dunkinā every morning since I moved in to my new apartment. I order the same thing every morning. Suddenly today I paid 59 cents more for the same drink. I was in my way to work and almost there when I went to take my first sip of coffee (i was letting it cook down) and it was not what I ordered. It was horrible. I went to work. Had a coworker try it and no it wasnāt just me. I finished my morning meetings. Went back to the Dunkin and they asked for a receipt as if I wasnāt there that morning. First I wasnāt even offered a receipt and it was I given one. I am a loyal Dunkin customer so I showed my app that I loaded more money to the card that morning and it shows the transaction difference even though it doesnāt show the transaction. The guy was like, while Iām not questioning you it can take a few days To load. So if you knew that before you asked me to show you the transaction in the app, I guess you just thought I was stupid and didnāt know how to do math. Yeah I was there no I wasnāt given a receipt and not being given a solution like, well we canāt do anything even though our employees didnāt do their job, sorry bye. Oh letās not forget to mention that he said to me, well Iām here every morning and I charge that amount for that drink. Okay so you see in my app where it say the transaction price and dates. Yeah Iāve paid the same amount everyday for the same drink. So try again.
