Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Violet Township

I was trying to order online but tje system crashed. I went inside and every time I tried to pay the system went offline. I got a free pizza and apologies. The manager was professional and courteous. Excellent Pizza also.

Revised... I went in to pick up my carry out and watched a one young man refused to answer the phone. There was a guy pulling stiff from the oven and a girls working to make orders. The veils had to yell at the boy to pick up the phone which rang more times than I can remember. When he picked up the phone he talked for a couple seconds then sat the phone down on the counter he was trying to talk to the girl making orders but she just walked away from him. I would not have gone to Domino's if it wasn't for the fact that it was somebody else's order I was picking up for them. Because my last trip there they told me when I ordered it would be 35 to 45 minutes when I got there at the 50 minute mark they told me it would still be another 30 minutes I asked them what happened and they said nothing and I told them to go ahead and cancel the order and I would get my food somewhere else. This Domino's has gone to heck and a handbasket it's a shame.

After giving them another try they still show me how bad they are. I like the food but the service is terrible and they can't get my order right. When I called to tell them the girl who answered the phone lied to me saying she was the boss. They wanted me to head back to the store to fix the issue. All I asked was that if they send someone out in my area, a place they deliver to all the time, just to bring me what I ordered. They won't do that without charging me a delivery fee. I asked to speak to someone else and another girl got on the phone and said she was the manager. Someone was lying. She said I made the other girl cry and she hung up on me. I didn't say anything personal and I wasn't yelling. This place just socks and the store is staffed by incompetent little liars. I will be talking to corporate on Monday. This time I'm going after their jobs. Incompetence is one thing lying and being rude is a other. When will Google do the right thing and allow a zero...

Worst I’ve ever been to, I ordered curbside pickup. When I got there I had about 5 minute wait before it was supposed to be done. After 5 minutes I hit on the app that I was there

Watching the app say that the tracker had started and my pizza was finished, 2 minutes go by and the app says I get a FREE pizza during next visit since they didn’t bring my pizza out.

No problem I’ll wait for them to bring it out, tic toc tic toc tic toc tic toc 5 minutes later tic toc tic toc tic toc 5 more minutes later tic toc tic toc tic toc tic toc 5 more minutes later now a total of 15 minutes had gone by, so I go in to see where my pizza was.

The guy at the counter said how can I help you, I said I have a curbside order which was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago and I would like to find out where it’s at. He begins to give me some attitude, a girl quickly came over asking me what my order was as she gave the guy the go take a break look.

I told her same thing I told him, now all this time I’m very calm I understand how things can get backed up, she checked on my pizza and said it will be ready in 2 minutes. I give her the thumbs 👍.

10 minutes later I get her attention and she goes back and get a pizza and hands it to me. I said thank you and she didn’t even apologize.

I get home open up the box expecting a thin crust square cut pep. Well needless to say that’s not what I got.

I figure well I’m really hungry so I take a bite of the worst pizza 🍕 I’ve ever eaten. I threw the whole thing away.

This is my first 1 star review and I really hope it’s my last.

Dominoes on 256 in the Kroger shopping center, not a place to give...

Once upon a time I would have given this location 4-5 stars but how the mighty have fallen. The last few times we ordered it has taken over 2 hours for our food to get here despite literally living 3 minutes away. Food has been cold as well. Yesterday we ordered our food at 6:46pm. I ended up calling around 8pm cause we still hadnt gotten our food. The person who picked up sounded like an uneducated dude who was clueless about where our order was. He really wasnt speaking coherently at all. Told us there have been some delays but that they would be arriving with our order soon. It ended up being 9pm and still no food. I then decided to drive there to just pick it up and then they told me it had just went out. I asked them what the next step is if in 30 minutes we still didnt get it. The guy at the register, who was the dude on the phone, had a woman speak with me about it. She sounded like she could care less and said that its Friday and it was known that there would be a 2-3 hour wait. No it was not known, nor was it told to us when i called checking up on my order. The food eventually arrived at my house but as i feared it was cold. Yea I'm done with that place. Also the app does not give accurate information. 20 minutes after we got our pizza it said our driver was on...
