Update 10/9/25 - this store should be CLOSED or under NEW management!! I ordered delivery hoping it would come from the store on Chatterton but NO it was this store. After an hour of waiting they cancelled the order. I wish I could give NO STARS or NEGATIVE STARS!! If I knew the delivery was coming from this store I would've NEVER placed the order!! Previous post - I will NEVER EVER go to this store again! I placed an order at 5:45pm saw the tracking that my order was ready at 6:07. I arrived at 6:30 and got to the register at 6:45, they couldn't find my order and said they gave it away. They asked if I wanted it remade and I told them yes. They said it would be another 30 minute wait. I spoke with the manager and told him I wanted a refund for the inconvenience of waiting for an extra 30 minutes for my order to be remade and the fact they gave my order away. He then agreed to give me the refund. Once I went back in to get my order he then said no he wouldn't give me my refund. This place is HORRIBLE!! I went in yesterday to just get crazy bread and sauce. Not only was the place dirty, they had no food ready-made. Some guy possibly a manager Hispanic looking, dirty and his pants were unzipped, took my order said it would be 3 to 5 minutes then left. After 20 minutes I asked where is my order? They couldn't find my order, said it would be another 5 minutes. After almost 30 minutes I finally got my crazy bread and half full thing of sauce. When I arrived my name was not placed and their customer service representative seen the name and gave myself the nastiest meat lover pizza I ever tasted due to my food allergies.
