We went to his pizza hut to have a sit down dinner. Took a long time to get someone to the table to order drinks. A polite guy came out and appologized for the wait and took our drink order. We ordered food maybe 5 mins later, my wife went to the counter to order the food. Quite a while goes by and no one checked on us and we seen some younger staff behind the counter talking to each other. Drinks were long gone and have been gone for some time. I decided to get everyone at the table a refill myself as no one was going to do it for us. One of the younger staff came out and asked if we ordered yet, we did over 40 mins ago. A couple came in about 30 mins behind us and was already eating their food. The same apologetic man brought our food out and gave us plates, no silverware. We ate the food which was very hot. We didn't get the breadsticks we ordered, more on that in a bit. Drinks are once again empty and we can see the same young staff chatting it up behind the counter. A lady that was sitting at a table waiting for a pick up order stood up to see what was taking so long, You could tell she was upset with her wait. The girll reaches into the hotbox where they keep pickup orders and retrieves her food. The lady was in dis belief that her food that she was waiting for was done and sitting without someone telling her it was ready. She looked at me and shook her head. My wife then went up and asked for a box and the check. The check still had charges for the breadsticks we never received and was over $70.00. My wife told the girl that we didn't get the breadsticks, the girl reached into the hotbox to get us our breadsticks that we ordered for dine in, my wife said to just take them off the bill. Wife paid and we left, I stacked all pans and dishes at the table as it felt like I was once gain employed at Pizza Hut. Dissapointed that Pizza Hut has fallen so far from what they once were. The first time I called in to speak to the manager that I was overcharged on my purchase and it had overdrafted my bank account. He immediately refuted it! Stating no one, no employee, would ever under his management do a such thing! Without even investigating the problem to see what had occurred, he made his own concluding case and implications. But he had no problem stating I may have made an error, was not aware of my purchase total, did not know my own writing on the receipt and so. He sent me a picture of the receipt in a text message, and the writing clearly was not my own. I informed him to look at previous receipts from my address, and to look at the writing. He disregarded doing so. This was one occurrence. The next occurrence was when someone in my household ordered from this location a month later, and again, the tip was overcharged. I have proof on my receipt and bank statement. It is clear this location is doing this regularly and I am sure there are many, many customers who are not checking their bank accounts after a pizza delivery to see if they are being overcharged. The charge does not debit your bank account until the next business day or the day after, and by this time most customers forget. It is a shame this location is taking advantage of its customers and nothing is being done by management, who refuses to believe any employee in his store would do such an act. There is nothing wrong with believing in the best in your employees, but you cannot refute the truth and disregard it. This is unethical and immoral. This manager should be investigated and reported. I decided not to call in the second time, especially after the manager’s attitude and behavior the first time. But I contacted the police and Pizza Hut management this time and disputed the charge with my bank. Read moreIf I could give the service and atmosphere a zero, I would have. Came here with my daughter's family and we were totally ignored for over 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. Finally a man came over, took our order and got us our drinks. He was pleasant, said they were short staffed and left. We saw multiple Door Dash orders leaving but, the next time we saw staff in the dining area, they took a couple's order and then served them shortly after we had been sitting there 20 minutes prior to them entering the premises. My daughter's husband got up and refilled our drinks himself while the staff glared at us and then FINALLY sauntered over to ask us if we'd ordered. Our food had never been ordered!! So we reordered and finally after several more minutes received most of our food. We never got the bread sticks but, decided that we weren't going to order them a third time. The servers glared at us the whole time as my daughter had explained to them what had gone on. So to add insult to injury, the bill included the bread sticks, which they tried to give us out of a takeout bag that had been sitting there the whole time. We refused & demanded they be removed. Despite all the waiting, the order failures and lack of service...they did not offer to comp drinks or make any concessions to my daughter. The bill seemed high but, my daughter paid it and for the first time ever..didn't leave a tip. Food was good but, that was the only thing. Watched 2 men playing backgammon at a table who were finished eating and left shortly after we arrived. The table still wasn't cleared when we left. Wouldn't recommend this place if I was starving because, even though the food is good...it's an absolute fight...
